Our bathtub was peeling apart and the faucet wasn't attached all the way. Also, the tub water didn't turn off all the way so it was constantly running a bit of water. The guide to cable only showed info for about a quarter of the channels and then what it showed was actually off from the correct time. So something didn't match up there. Our room was clean but not what you'd expect to find at a hotel. There were dust webs hanging from the ceiling and in the corners. BUT with that being said, we'd definitely stay here again. It's quiet and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so nice and for me, pleasant people and great customer service outweighs a few things in the room that need to be upgraded and cleaned better. Thank you for everything!!

I love the staff there. All are available to help almost immediately. A worker there knew sign language, so I love the accessibility they provided for this location. The refrigerator is in perfect temperature. I like the space.

I don’t like that my card had to be reset often. I didn’t like the elevators are very slow coming down and up. All that is insignificant since the fact staff there make every endeavor to help out and provide immediate help.

I like that the staff was very helpful they were very personable everybody's friendly laughs and enjoys their job and treats each customer as an individual and addresses their own individual needs while staying at the Extended Stay Maple Grove location they've been flexible and understanding kind and considerate all in all a great hotel experience the best I've ever had and I've stayed in many hotels in the area!

I think covid may have affected the breakfast that they used to do I wish we could bring that back!

I wish when the robot hallway vacuum could be let into my room to vacuum when I'm there. Then I can let it into the hall when it's finished

The size of my room. And my bed was very comfy. I also enjoyed being able to cook.

Not having a working TV, Holes in the walls, bathroom tub leaking water onto the floor, no clean dishes, broken tables in the room, dirty room. I h a d to physically change out my TV, and I also had no working Microwave! I never in my life had to do this. Smh

the location was in close proximity to the locations we were visiting, and they had working televisions!!! I will be staying at this location when I return to this area.

the side door close to our room and near where we parked, did not work with the key card. we needed to put a rock in the door jam in order to go in and out. we had some electrical outlets that never worked even when worked on.
