The hotel was easy to find, close to where our daughter lives. It was neat and clean, our room was great. Bathroom had plenty of room. Desk attendents were very friendly. What I also noticed, the ice machine on our floor was tucked behind the elevators so there was no noise to other guests. Fitness room had plenty of options for our use. The pool was next to the fitness center but again tucked away so it didn't add noise to other guests. Morning breakfast had plenty of options. It will be our preferred hotel for future overnight trips to the Cities.

The only critique, was the scrambled eggs were kind of wet. They were not appetizing, but everything else was great.

Fresh biscuits n gravy at free breakfast! Was a surprise n great. Bed was comfy. Toiletries were in big bottles not travel size. Free parking. The check n host at front desk was extremely funny n helpful. Shout out to the guy working at 3pm on 8/17/34 before he finished his shift. Sorry forgot his name. He should be a stand up comedian! He had us in stitches!

I thought booked a king n sofa bed. Only got a king no sofa bed. Wish had a tub. Parking was full when returned after night out but found a spot.

Location is awesome! The wedding venue that my families usually used is close by. It is easily access to St. Paul and Minneapolis! Breakfast is also awesome!

No complaint about the hotel and we love staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites; however, this time, our next door neighbor woke us up at 3am in the morning, screaming, knocking and arguing. We were hoping for a good night sleep. We almost call front desk, but decide not to.

This is a particularly convenient location and very QUIET. No bar probably also means no noise. Computer station, exercise room, pool all nice and well isolated. Everyone was nice and beds very comfortable. Breakfast is the best we've had anywhere. We stayed 5 nights and they varied it each morning.

I thought the bathroom floor had not been cleaned because it looked very dirty. I asked housekeeping to clean it. When it looked the same, I tried and realized it was smeared grout.

Location was good, we were in for the baseball game. Room was clean, noise level satisfactory

Warm items of breakfast were poor, packaged items were fine. Check in clerk was indifferent, no greeting, no eye contact, just business. Check out clerk was very friendly.

The establishment was very clean. The desk clerks (Kim & Larry) were extremely nice. The gentleman working the breakfast was very nice and he made the food was fresh. My room was very clean & smelled clean.

We loved the clean modern decor of the entire hotel and our room. Very beautiful.

The bed was NOT comfortable at all. My husband and I both woke up every morning with sore backs and sides. Also, the toilet was a little low for me. I have arthritis in my knees and it hurt to sit and stand up from the toilet, especially since there was no grab bar nearby.

Pool entrance has a clear glass section with potential work through hazard due to not stickers on glass. Some smiley or other stickers can reduce potential attempt to work through clear glass section

Cleanliness and spacious room

Thin walls. The neighbor woke us up several times with their snoring. Upstairs neighbors sounded like they were rearranging the entire room.

The staff was AMAZING!! Gwendolyn (Not sure if spelled correctly) took GREAT care of us and upgraded our room when the first had issues and brought us a little gift bag for the trouble. That alone outweighed anything negative we thought about the property.
