The staff was absolutely brilliant and amazing and always so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and have everything you need to stay for a little while. And they allow pets!!! Her out two baby puppies there and loved it.

The prices of the rooms are a bit steep for one night or two nights. I mean yes a richer person could be just fine with price but an average person it's a bit expensive. And if you book just one night thru booking and then try to extend your stay the next day that again charge you another incidental fee. Or deposit. And they dont give it back right away.

The evening lady at the front desk, Susan, was SUPER amazing! She was very helpful and friendly! She was the most welcoming and accommodating front desk hosts we've had in a while, and we travel quite a bit. Thanks Susan!

The bed was very squeaky - I was afraid to get in bed after my partner had already fallen asleep each night. The thermostats were capped at 74 degrees... which for most would be fine, but we come from Florida where we prefer the temperature at 77 or 78 degrees - or at least 76. And for some reason the elevator smelled like urine the first night we came, so we took the stairs the rest of the time, which worked for us and did not smell. Otherwise, it really was a good stay at this location.

This is truly am amazing facility and if there were more WaterWalk locations they would be the only place I would stay. The convenience of traveling with four adults and having 2 bathrooms plus 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, and four televisions is exceptional. We saved so much money staying here and had plenty of room to spread out rather than being cramped in one or two hotel rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and the location is very quiet in an office park but near major highways and just 16 minutes from Minneapolis.

The beds are okay but not any worse than the average hotel room. The living furniture was a bit shabby but comfortable.

The property is one of a kind. It’s a hotel but also apartments. Each hotel room is set up like an apartment and yet a hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and feel like home. If I was looking for an apartment to stay long term I definitely would. The property is hidden from the usual in town feel. It’s secluded but still very accessible to everything. It has a safe and secure appeal. The staff is ever so helpful and friendly too.

The bathroom was clean and the tub was a great size for soaking. The room layout was comfortable and great for a weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable. I loved having a kitchen. I essentially hid in my room all weekend and enjoyed quiet time to myself.

The dishwasher was in disrepair but still worked. The floor was a little dirty, but not enough to complain about.

If i had to come back, the only hotel I would choose is here in Waterwalk Plymouth. For long stays, I like that there is a washer and dryer in my room as well as a living room with TV, dining table with chairs and a kitchen with a sink and refridgerator. 2 bathrooms for each room which is definitely a plus. Parking space is limited but we always managed to find a spot to park at. It was very quiet I couldn't hear any other guests through the walls or hallways which is worth while. The facility is very clean and quiet. Love this place!!

I just didn't like that I kept having to ask for toilet paper for my long stay. The room should of been prepared for guests with plenty of toilet paper without always having to ask the front desk for it all the time. Also, the trash bags are very cheap and can easily rip. We had a lot of trash and every time we tried to tie it the garbage bag would always rip.

For one when I entered the room it looked exactly like it was pictured on the website. I loved the space, being able to prepare meals it felt like the comforts of home.

There was nothing that I did not like about the facility (the coffee machine went out a couple of times) but it was fixed by the time I arose in the morning.

My Washer to the dryer didn't work, left my clothes soaking wet, spin cycle didn't work, so the water didn't drain out. Also my Ice maker to my Fridge was broken 😔 Had no Ice for Four days!!!!!!

Wow! This place is amazing. I booked a three-bedroom suite for my daughter's sweet sixteen sleepover. The service we received from the moment we walked in was just excellent. The manager and her staff were so great. My daughter & her guest had an amazing time.

The rooms were huge and contained everything you needed to have a comfortable stay! There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so you won't need to fight for the bathroom. Each room comes with a tv. The kitchen comes with a huge fridge and utensils for cooking. The staff were also friendly and recommended Maple Grove, which is a short drive away for plenty of food and shopping options.
