This is such an interesting property, unlike any other hotel I’ve been to. It’s like a mall that was converted to a hotel. Huge hallways and courtyard. I think it was originally designed to be something other than a hotel but was then converted. The rooms all have a floor to ceiling window facing the hallway (why?) and no exterior windows. This is more like an office space than a hotel room. But- lots of space and a very decent breakfast.

They seem to be having a cash flow problem. Lots of minor repairs need doing, the rooms are dark and musty. But- interesting place for sure.

I Liked the big sitting area. How clean it is, I love the Bible and devotional. I pass them on to those that need it. The breakfast is adequate. Beds are comfortable.

I don’t like the light sensors in the bath room, when you get up in the middle of the night it blinds you and lights up the entire room and takes forever for it to turn off again. Don’t like that our room is not cleaned and given fresh towels. That we have to physically bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. My husband left his coat in the sitting area, he went back and it was gone. Taken. 2 days we went to front desk to see if anyone turned it in.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent! It was plentiful and included a lot of variety in food with some hot entrees.

The king size bed in room 272 where I stayed is awful! I mentioned it to the office staff last time I stayed in that room. They were very understanding and said they would let the manager know. Nothing has been done about it yet, because the mattress is still sinking toward the middle. The bed frame also made metal sounds whenever I turned over in the bed.

Breakfast was great. Options of cereal, hot food, muffins, bagels etc. Juice and coffee. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Lovely to have target and Menards near by. The staff were very friendly and nothing was an issue. The breakfast lady was so very friendly and caring and a joy to see each morning.

Seemed like some people hogged the washing machines and driers. I managed to get my washing done very late at night. However, there are 3 washers and 3 driers and I believe it was just the guests who came with huge bags of washing to do.

AC at the entrance is crazy noisy super annoying. Lights at the rooms can improve, the light sensor at the bathroom works great but enlight so bright all area. I didn't see any security cameras outside. Elevator out of service for 2 days. Cleaning of the rooms is weekly

Great pricing, clean, large room(executive suite) peaceful environment, my boyfriend really liked the breakfast

Hmm the fire alarm went off and it took 4-5 hours for the flashing light in my room to turn off. They knew it was a false alert right away so idk why it took so long to turn the flashing lights off, made it hard to sleep

Our room was very good, including shower, mattress, and the atrium/common areas of the hotel. We slept well and the noise level was low. There is ample parking space and we felt safe walking in the area near the hotel.

A negative was there was little of interest in the neighborhood near the hotel, although it was a short drive to major roads leading into the city. There is a beautiful Mexican restaurant nearby (La Casita), but unfortunately their decor was much better than their Tex-Mex cuisine.

The room was located in a spot that was easy access to come and as need be. Jerome at the front desk is a rare find in regards to customer service, always courteous and very informative, one of the reasons I can look past the little issues I've had with the technology side of communication at this location. Thank you Jerome.

This room I stayed in has to be the central location for any and every machine that makes noise it was a little difficult to sleep aside from that nothing else concerned me.

We loved the large room. It was super spacious and very comfortable. Was great to have the ice maker and fridge! Was super quiet. Beds were good.

Did not like the blinds throwing light into the room from the halls. Also thought it was strange than none of the outlets had a USB port (it's 2024! ) and we just don't travel with an adapter anymore. We barely had any phone battery left by morning for alarms. Would suggest at least one outlet with 2 USB ports put in these rooms! It just makes things easier.

Staff was outstanding breakfast is top notch the best around. And I really love that you still have Bibles in guest rooms. Thank you

Some of the other guests, I had one guess that followed me for about a couple miles I was very concerned about that, they made me feel very uncomfortable. Sadd !
