The staff were always very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were able to leave our luggage at reception prior to checking into the room and it was securely stored, this was also the case after checking out. The staff kindly stored our suitcases for us prior to airport pick up by taxi at the end of our stay as we had a convention to attend. The onsite bar and restaurant was ideal for cocktails by the pool and room service. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from with unlimited coffee and tea throughout the day. The swimming pool was great, and they also had an outdoor jacuzzi.

This was a lovely place to stay. It is modern, cheap and relatively close to the strip and some of the more exciting parts of the city. The room was really comfortable and quite large - we stayed there as a family of four using a queen size bed; and a sofa-bed. We asked for a rollaway additional bed which was provided. Breakfast was very good; and staff were friendly and accomodating.

The pictures make the pool seem bigger than it is. In addition, the location is quite 'remote' and a bit industrial. It is too far to walk to the strip and main attractions (the environment (streets around the hotel) does not invite walking either)

The charge for parking offset benefit of not having a resort fee. 4. No noticeable HHonors membership recognition or benefit.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was nice to have for a stay of several days. Housekeeping was prompt with fresh towels and keeping up with the room while we were at the conference or out seeing the sights of Las Vegas. Great hot breakfast available each morning. Nice view of the strip from our room and convenient to the convention center.

Have to pay to park in the hotel garage, but all the hotels have paid parking.

A beautiful modern building in a quiet neighborhood, with a very convenient parking lot, and very close to public transportation, which is cheap and reliable. The interiors are neat and recently refurbished. The family suite was quite spacious and comfy. Beds were excellent. The room was absolutely quiet, so soundproofing is excellent. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning was very unfriendly to operate. The bathroom is not very comfortable: the shower door opens towards the exterior, so the water drops sliding down from it wet all the floor. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, and odours snd sounds pours in the rest of the suite.

The staff and room was excellent. the whole hotel was clean and looked fun and uplifting. The free breakfast was tasty and prepared well.

they shut the main lobby doors on the weekend meaning our dashers couldn't come up to the room. For us, we have physical disabilities and needed to travel down to get the deliveries. Not a huge deal really, but it did mean we had to exert ourselves a little more than we wanted.

I LOVED how clean it was! Everywhere we went, it smelled good! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help! The beds didn't smell like b.o. like some places, the bathroom didn't have any missed spots where the housekeeping employees skipped over. It was really great! Overall, it was a great stay! We were no more than 10 minutes to anywhere downtown, parking was easy to access, the pool and hot tub area were really clean and well kept. This has been my favorite place to stay in Vegas so far. I won't be staying anywhere else from here on out.

The pull out bed mattress was pretty worn down. I don't imagine too many people use it, but my boys struggled a little with how uncomfortable it was. The carpets could probably use shampooing, too. Seems like in the highly trafficked areas, the carpet was a little darker

Staff was very pleasant. Room had good view. Pool was nice. Hot tub was the right temp. Noon checkout was good, not too early. Breakfast was good. Liked the yogurt and fruit option. Room service was prompt.

Room service delivered six orders with one ranch cup, and one ketchup packet. ... not each, total. Four of the orders had frys. Cleaning entered the room an hr before checkout, even with the do not disturb sign on the door. We were taking things to the car, needed to make a second trip, then the 'DND' sign was going to be removed. Microwave plate was just a Lil bit dirty, didn't really bug me though. I put things on plates to reheat, not directly on microwave plates.

Really good breakfast with tons of options! Plenty of parking and right across the street from the Police station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we played in them for hours. The location is close enough to the strip, but far enough away to avoid the traffic. Front desk staff were friendly and inviting.

They were not able to put our rooms together even though I requested it more than a month ago. Paying for parking was ridiculous! We had two cars and had to pay $17 plus tax for each vehicle.

Dog waste area by the garbage cans and parking garage wasn't in the best location. Thank goodness for the tree that gave us a little shade. Food at hotel made me sick both nights. That was disappointing. The rest of our stay was great. Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Breakfast server were nice and accommodating. The property was very relaxing and the room nicely decorated.
