Everything was great! Great value and location for what we wanted to do. The rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable beds. We liked the fact we could park our truck right in from of our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine with plenty to eat.

The only thing about staying in the Gallup area is you’re going to hear the trains! Just be aware of that no matter where you stay.

It was convenient and near all the food. It was comfortable and quiet.

The liablilty signs all over the property had me concerned about the safety of my car and the things I left in it. Maybe some security would have made me more relaxed

Checking in was very nice! Staff was professional! Rooms were nice and clean!

Noises coming from bathroom shower/tub from other room next door. Tub/shower base makes noises standing in shower/tub.

It was clean and well maintained both inside and out

My only issue was that our room didn’t have a fridge but that might have been something I missed in the listing. Otherwise it was great.

Joanna at the front desk is an amazing asset to your company 🥰 extremely professional,kind and sincere. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The rooms were inviting. Breakfast was good also they had waffles, potatoes, eggs and sausage that day. The best part of all for me at breakfast was the expresso machine🥰 it isn't your ordinary expresso and it was awesome.

Shower; the shower head didn't work properly. The water was only coming out from certain areas on the shower head and it wasn't too relaxing or massaging for the body. Water temperature was great just the shower head needs to be fixed.

It was clean and comfortable nice TV.

There was some hair from the stay before me one in the sink and one in the shower also my fruit froze in the fridge I guess I should have checked the temperature. You can hear the traffic from the highway. No elevator.

The people that you have working, there are excellent. They always happy. They always talk to you with a smile. They have great attitude clean.

Jasper the front desk was very friendly n helpful n polite. Enjoyed his conversation while he got me checked in. Bed was comfortable

Housekeeping was rude. My bed sheet had a blood stain and the table between the beds had like knotches on it I got a splinter from it.

Clean pool, kids loved it. Good location and price. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfy. Good sized room ( 2 x double beds).

We were facing the Hilton & in our carpark down that side was 2 x heavy goods vehicles (cab from articulated lorries) which were left running all night long and were very loud. We final managed to fall a sleep around 1am. Not the hotels fault but something they may want to mention to truckers stopping in future.
