Rooms were nice, location was great (close to a strip club, haha) but very close to Casinos the broadwalk. Also the stuff was super nice. Asked always how we were and once we had a problem and were looking for first aid and they helped immediately even though the line was long. Thanks a lot to the stuff!

The door to the room didn't look quite good, so we had to pay attention if the door was locked. Once, we didn't locked it and a couple of minutes later a security person arrived to ask if everything is good. Gave us a good feeling even though there was this problem.

Perfect location for me. The bed was very comfortable, easy room temp controls. Decent view of the ocean from my room. Not a waterfront hotel. But wasn't much of a walk to the beach. Mike at the front desk was extremely helpful, went out of his way to help me fix an issue that was 100% my fault. You need to keep him around.

Wish there was a bar/restaurant. Yes, they have the little bistro set up, but limited options. Parking charge surprised me, since you could park in a lot across the street for half the price.

The two employees working at the front desk were absolutely exceptional!!!! They were helpful and kind and just all around amazing guys. Michael 3-11 and Victor 11-7. We came for a gymnastics competition for our daughter, I booked months ago and thought nothing of it. Many of the other families booked with the event. Friends of ours were among those families, they had a horrible experience at Ceasers. Victor was so helpful and kind. He was able to get them a room so they could get settled for the night it was after midnight and they had spent 2 hours at ceasers. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable during our check in he was informative and created a warm welcome to our stay. Thanks for all your help guys:)

Location (we walked to the concert at the Hard Rock), comfort of bed and pillows affable. Check in: lady at the reception desk was pleasant and informative. Afforded parking without charge

Morning time . . . . A little bit of an issue when we arrived for our complimentary breakfast. Gentleman working the breakfast area didn't take our word for it and made us walk to the reception area to make sure we were entitled to the complimentary breakfast. Check out: gentleman at counter was not mean but wasn't friendly neither. Doesn't take much to flash a smile young man. You're in the customer service business. People do notice.

It’s close to the boardwalk , the rooms were renovated and they did a excellent job renovating the bathroom , the staff was friendly . We stay here every time we stay here every time we vacation in Atlantic City it’s a great value and the rooms are always well kept.

The maid service is lacking. We were there an entire week and no one entered our room to make the beds, change the towels or empty our trash cans. I had to go look for staff in the hallway to get fresh towels and empty our trash cans . I’d be willing to give up the valet parking at $28 a day just to get better maid service . I feel the valet parking is a waste of money we can park our own cars and save the money . $28 a day adds up! In 2021 they did away with this service and it was no problem whatsoever.

I requested a room with handicap access. A bathroom was big enough for the person to get in with a walker or weel chair. The beds were very comfortable and low for the person with disability. A shower had a good size showerhead with a nice water flow, I loved the big size shampoo and hair conditioner, so I and my family members didn't need to worry about running out of shampoo and conditioner one use. We had a great view, towards to the ocean.

Just one thing that I didn't like was a breakfast that I had to pay $40 (for two), coffees were not included, I purchased them separately, even everything was provided at the same cafe. We were waiting for breakfast for 45 minutes. It was OK, nothing crazy or super fancy, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 toast, home fries. I suggest not eating in the hotel and use the nearby places for breakfast/lunch. They are plenty of them around the hotel for much cheaper price.

Nice, roomy, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good TV. Close to the boardwalk.

Could probably use more security in the parking lot at night. There was an issue with the hot water on my first day and it didn't really fully return even after I checked out. They did comp me for the parking, which was nice. This would actually fall in the "Like" category. Good thing it's summertime, otherwise it would have been terrible not having hot water.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the curtains were blackout too so that was really good. There was little to no disturbance from other guests. Use of a safety deposit box and working fridge was a good plus as other hotels we have stayed at didn't have either of these. On-site parking was a plus, however we did have to pay for it ($20/night). Location was incredible, a short 2-3 minute walk to the boardwalk so can't fault that at all.

Having to pay for the parking was a bit unfortunate especially as the nightly rate for the room was quite expensive in itself. The room was quite dated, the shower/bath was terrible, the shower curtain wasn't long enough so it flooded the bathroom when we used it, no breakfast being included was a shame, again due to the high nightly cost of the room. Room could have been cleaner as we found some old hairs in the bath and sink.

Very clean and spacious rooms...and kids loved the location

For me there was a mix up for breakfast not being on our booking but it was sorted out...plus if a family of 4 is on vacation ..then breakfast should be included for 4 and charge rate...just saying.....and maybe a little change of breakfast menu at times!!!!....everyday was same dishes...but iam greatfull ...thanks courtyard ..I will always consider u all for my stay
