Friendly, clean pool, staff nice Only thing was we had kids that was bouncing to much. And didn’t like the water bc it makes you feel like soap still on your body.

We are on a three week road trip and stayed at five different hotels. Hands down this one was the best. I cannot think of one thing that could have been improved. The lighting in the room and bathroom was the best I have ever experienced. I am in another nice hotel in the Chicago area but the TV is a size of my computer monitor and the bathroom is so dark I am afraid to shave for I might slice off my nose. That is just a comparison. Back to this hotel - excellent all the way around.

The location worked for us, especially convenient to have the parking lot open into the neighboring gas station. Check in/ out was a breeze.

I would say for a handicap room, with the big entertaiment/dresser furniture, getting past the bed was a bit tricky and would have been impossible for my husband who uses a wheelchair. Also, when we went to leave through the exit closest to our room, near our handicap parking spot, people blocked the ramp to parking area by parking 2 vehicles in front of the trash cans.

Everything appeared to be very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent. Convenient check-in process.

The mattress was way too firm for me, but my main concern was the amount of sound that traveled through the walls. I could easily hear other hotel guests talking in the adjoining rooms. When I woke up in the morning, I heard a woman ask, "Do you want waffles?" I said, "Of course, I want waffles!" Then, I realized she was talking to her daughter in the next room where breakfast was being served.

The staff was fantastic. I have medical issues, I’m a kidney transplant recipient! I had extra meds on the trip we were on ! When we left the hotel I left my extra meds in our room ! We were about 300 miles away , we received a call about the meds ! Instead of driving all the way back they helped to arranged a fedex pick up . To be sent to my home address ! I received the meds saving me time on the road , also the worry of replacing the meds ! Thank one and all Michael GAETANI

Everything was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was in a prime location.

I absolutely hated the elevator. It had a major delay and sounded like it could stop working at any moment. You had to push the buttons repeatedly even though it was already there and while in the elevator it would stop and go when it felt motivated to which was very unnerving.

Breakfast wasn't too lavish but it was good, had self service waffles and bacon and eggs! Room was normal, beds were comfortable and were enough for 4 grown man (two queen beds). Had an ironing board and iron, as well as a refrigerator. Rooms were overall clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The gym and pool were also good. The area has a waffle house and a nearby supermarket, as well as a pizza restaurant, the overall experience in the area was good. Recommend going to the bowling and arcade place at the mall of Fairfield Commons. We went to see the National Air Force Museum and we used Uber as a method of transportation for that which cost us around 17$ round-trip.

Only complaint would be some spots in the room lacked cleaning like the AC or the floor edges, but this is nitpicking, the overall cleaning is good.

We had an excellent stay in a jacuzzi suite. The spa tub worked great and our daughter loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly and the owner (or maybe the manager) was fine with us setting up cornhole and hanging out on the e lawn during the eclipse. We also enjoyed breakfast, the pool, and workout room.

My only complaint is the elevator. It’s was having a hard time and was a bit noisy and shaky, but it still worked when we needed it for luggage.

The only thing I seen that caught my attention was the flooring in the elevator needs cleaned and only because it is kinda the first thing you see after checking in. Not complaining im sure it gets alot of traffic lol

Everything was awesome except the bed and the closing/opening of elevator door. Mattress was too firm/hard I cringed every time I had to use the elevator.....lol The front desk staff... the lady that was working nights on Oct 17, 2024 was excellent!!!! Very helpful and friendly. She made you feel like you were her friend. I am sorry I didn't get her name.🙁
