I am a repeat customer at this location. It is convenient to highways and shopping. This is my favorite Red Roof Inn. The outside is really well lit. I feel very safe here. The front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff is amazing. The room was really clean(even the top of the artwork on the wall was immaculate). The bed was comfortable and the motel was quiet. They had fresh, hot coffee and a lot of breakfast choices. Always a great experience.

Breakfast was underwhelming but understandable given the low nightly rates the hotel offers. Sonny was great and very kind when checking us in and constantly very warm and friendly.

Asked the maid services to not bring towels/ enter our room mainly for privacy purposes when we left for a couple hours during the day but they entered anyways. As far as I can tell they gave us new towels and took the trash but I still wish they would have respected our request to not be given new towels or enter our room.

The waffles were very good. The cleaning ladies were very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We liked the living room was separate from the sleeping area.We stay at Red Roof because they are pet friendly! We have stayed at this RR three times. They keep getting better!

Very good Breakfast! Love the waffles, yogurt, n fresh fruit! Excellent coffee too!

It was our second time staying there in a month n it was expected! I guess the location could be better! We traveled almost 6 miles off I-81 to the hotel! We usually try to stay at motels right off the Interstate! Other than that, everything was good!

It was a convenient location to Poconos and Jim Thorpe

Could have been alittle cleaner, night stand was broken. If we were cooking we would of asked to change room as stove was not clean looking and burner light stays on

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Freeland. It was close to where we wanted to go. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED staying here!! Sonnie at the front desk is a phenomenal woman and all the rest of the staff are friendly and kind. The whole place is clean, quiet and cozy! We will be going back East and will absolutely stay there again! We travel all over the US and to date…. THIS Was the Best hotel we have been to ever!

Smoke room the regular rooms are way cleaner and smell much better and I love how they separate the two

This property was a little dated but in a cute kind of way. It had everything we needed. It had a balcony that i enjoyed even though it only overlooked the parking lot. Great breakfast.

No pool

The room was really big and there were two with a kitchenette and being on the first floor.

My room was switched at least twice. Normally I like being on the first floor, but the people above me had toddlers waking me up at 6am. The building needs better sound proofing.
