All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel & hotel room was clean and a nice size. There were a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The pool and hot tub were working and it was fun.

I just think the walking floor around the pool should be cleaned more, maybe even power washed frequently to get in the cracks. I was grossed out everytime I stepped out the pool and hot tub without shoes.

The breakfast was yummy and adequately filled us for the day of driving. The lady who prepared and set out the food was very sweet and did a great job! Also, the lady who checked us in was kind and helpful.

The room was clean but the clean smell was pretty overwhelming.

The size of the room was larger than I thought. That definitely was a plus. Comfortable bed so was able to get some sleep. Real quiet on the floor I was on.

I came the weekend they was during construction in the lobby. So wasn’t expecting to see that. Other than that it was a good stay.

The coffeemaker did not work, and I had to move a heavy couch away from the wall and strain to plug a lamp into the wall to be able to read on the couch. Also, it was several hours before I noticed the refrigerator was on the lowest temperature setting and was not cooling the food or drinks I put in there. That was a little irritating.

The location was good. Staff,polite. Breakfast was probably the best free breakfast I ever had.

The rooms could use some updates for the price. All gym equipment wasn't functional. But other than that, it was ok.

The service from the employees was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help and answer any questions that we had.

It's not that we didn't like anything, but the facility needs to be up front about the age and upgrades that they have made. Everything was comfortable and clean, the facility just had a little age on it.

My wife and i are both vegan, so there was nothing available for our breakfast. Please, at the least, have oatmilk available for coffee and cereal. Thanks much!

This is outstanding cleanness staff is Phenomenon friendly goes out of the way for their quest well let me speak for us they went out of the way for us polite wonderful to talk with great breakfast with variety of choices accommodations was setup with guest in mind it was simply comfortable wanted to stay but have kids to get back home too our 6 Pomeranians

the breakfast was really good. the location was in a great location to where I needed to go.

there wasn't a smoke alarm in the room but I didn't notice until the morning I was leaving

Staff members were very friendly. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Had to call the front desk due to TV not operating properly. Staff had to come in and connect the TV.
