The staff was wonderful I wish I could remember her name . The breakfast was good . And when we need help they where there too help . Me and my family paid more money stay at more expensive hotel and there breakfast was not good as this breakfast..

Everything was great from person at front desk too sweet lady that was doing breakfast from cleaning staff . Everybody was nice I would stay here again when I am in town. I can't express it enough how nice and wonderful everybody was .. even tho they was short of help you couldn't tell because everybody made sure there job done in a professional manner .. keep up the GREAT WORK.

Susan and the other lady, I forget her name, she has only been here 6 months, were very friendly and helpful. They both tried to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

We were there for about a week and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for fresh towels, face rags, trash bags and toilet paper. Also, we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and getting in touch with management was a little difficult due to various reasons. I sent an email about it and asked for a refund but have not heard back from anyone. My husband has been admitted to the hospital.

Wonderful front desk staff - evening and morning staff and the breakfast bar attendant. Loved the availability of coffee and tea all day. The standard offer of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, oatmeal, and bread options were good. Great location for us to use as a central point for us to tour N Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Room was super clean, loved the size of the room and having a fridge and microwave in the room. The property grounds were well maintained.

Beds and pillows could use a refresh.

The staff were super friendly...my son whose 13 a black male that doesn't meet a stranger was able to meet the opening staff and she talked with him bc he was bored with us lol. I appreciate the fact she didn't run him off bc she was working. The guy clerk from the night we booked our room gave my son some great advise about being a good son and some othere things...it's the little things and those things impressed me most.

It was a nice hotel, staff was friendly, area was good...breakfast was decent.

The key lock gave us a fit the whole time, they gave us new keys, still didn't help, sometimes took 10 minutes to get into room....the eggs on breakfast bar tasted fake, they were out of condiments....the bathtub stopper was broke....booking.com said nothing about $50 refundable deposit when we checked in and the computers were down when we checked in, thank goodness I had already paid for room online

The pool was dirty

Everything was exactly how it was described. I was suppose to have a room upstairs and had to use stairs but I actually got a room downstairs close to the exit so that was very nice and convenient, had lots to carry.

I asked for a wake up call in the morning which I got one, but for some reason I got a night time call at that same time prior. I was literally about to fall asleep.

Staff was courteous. The rooms and dining area were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. I booked for four people and they actually had enough towels for four people. I had one issue that was corrected immediately. I would definitely stay again. The most affordable in the area.

The services was great. The guy and the lady's were wonderful to me and my boyfriend and son. They had 3 people working but were always smiling and greeted us coming and going. I highly suggest to stay there again. The hotel was clean and the pool was clean. The only thing that wasn't good and it is not the hotels responsibility was that the other guests were leaving the back door wide open and they were smoking and the hotel has a sign that says "NO SMOKING". THE GUESTS NEED TO LEARN TO BE KIND.

The breakfast was simple but a good way to start my day. The hotel was very convenient getting in and out to visit near by attractions, shopping, and dining in restaurants.

I had to fight with my room key to open door to my room. A second set of keys had to be issued on my second day of stay.
