Location was great since we were there for a tournament at Jones Youth Center. The room was a good space. The attendant worked overtime to accommodate all into the late hours as she was keeping up with towels for everyone's pool needs and such. Speaking of the pool, it was very enjoyable and had quite a bit of space to I could watch my kids without getting splashed.

Breakfast was decent but I found it lacking when people were waiting for biscuits yet there was staff preparing plates to go for themselves in the kitchen area and the trash was overflowing.

Breakfast area. Tables were dirty from previous people sitting for breakfast. Asked lady if she could clean. She responded if that was the only table that needed cleaning. Coffee pots were out of coffee and so were the milk jugs. Food was cold. Lady only came out when we asked if she could clean table. It was 8 AM, and food was running out. She didn't come check on food.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the AC was wonderful and the staff was friendly

The walls are extra thin. I could hear someone clear their throat next door. Wish they had body soap dispensers in addition to the shampoo and conditioner dispensers they have in the showers but it’s not that big of a deal. But I do wish they would have pool and breakfast hours posted. We missed breakfast unfortunately so won’t know if it was good or bad.

The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was good.

The elevator was not working, and the indoor pool and whirlpool were dirty and smelled like swamp water. I was here about 7 years ago, and the water was clear and clean. The lady wiping the tables while we ate breakfast used Fabuloso, which made me feel sick. Quat would be better than highly perfumed Fabuloso.The juice tops on the large bottles of juice smelled sour and had build up as if the bottles are possibly being refilled and are not opened fresh daily.

Everything from the cleanliness to the staff was great. They are amazing. I was accidentally double charged during check in due to my mess up at booking because it was after midnight. The room wasn't available. I was put in a better room for same price and they fixed all my charges with no hassle. They also gave us a late check out beings we arrived at 3am. I stay here often as I have weekly business in Abilene and it's always pleasant stay. My daughter loves the pool as well.

The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast down stairs was perfect for my little kiddos. The WiFi worked well for downloading video for my kids and the room and common areas were very clean. Breakfast was good with do it yourself waffles, cereal, and other goodies. It was right off the freeway and my family and I arrived after midnight and the front desk attendant was at the desk ready to check us in and very friendly!

I liked the way staff treated us and the facility was clean, enjoyed the gym and also the swimming pool and the hot tub, also the good breakfast..

You have to be patient with the food coming out at breakfast, because that was just one lady worker supplying everything . She could use some help.. when it comes to food you have to please people.. thanks for everything.

Beds were very comfortable and temp in room was perfect. I usually don’t keep well in a motel - but I slept really great and so did my friend. No noise in hall or above -shower was hot and just they like it. I will stay there again if needed.

everything. but the best bonus is the breakfast is actually delicious! we have tried other hotels everytime we drive through abilene and we always end up going out of the way just to stay here because we have NEVER had issues.

The room was larger than we expected. It was nice to have the extra sofa bed. The kids were very excited to have their own space. The pool was heated. Breakfast was fun with Texas shaped waffles.

They ran out of pool towels so we had to run through the lobby all wet which was undesirable.
