Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel was nice and the value was good.

The rooms are dated. There is no outlet next to the bed to plug in a phone or digital device. Also, I phoned to complain about the fire alarm which over the course of two days went off, along with a message over the room speakers telling guests to evacuate immediately, 5 or 6 times over the course of two days. I was told that it was a test required by the city of Arlington. There was no previous warning to us. The first time it went off, a group of us ran out of our rooms to head downstairs only to be told never mind. Really poor guest experience. I asked for the Manager's name but got the impression that she couldn't care less.

The room was clean, spacious, and confortable. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. Our group was in town to see a concert and the location to the Texas Trust CU Theater was very convenient.

The light level seemed low in the "living area" and very low in the bathroom. I would have liked the lumen level to be higher all around. The plastic on the ground in high traffic areas seemed odd, especially paired with the wear on the walls and lamps. I'm sure some views were nice but ours just overlooked some storage containers out back and the highway.

The location was great as we found ourselves stuck in Dallas as our flight was cancelled due to snow back home. So our reservation was last minute. The front desk person was professional and informative. We order food at the bar and the bartender was attentive and efficient. The biggest drawback was the temperature in the hotel was frigid. Inside our room it was great and the bed comfortable, however I wanted to go to the pool and it was just too cold in the hallways, at the pool and in the bar.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We really did appreciate the room service. Majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking was nice.

The rooms furniture, couch etc, was worn and outdated. Only one elevator was working doing our entire stay with hotel entirely booked and full. Wait was at times frustrating. Restaurant was not as displayed on website, disappointed. A few staff members could take clues from other employees and not be unpleasant.

Breakfast is a Must Do at the Crowne Plaza! The restaurant serves breakfast until 11:00am and the food is great on the menu. Breakfast is ordered off the menu, prepared in the kitchen, and served at your table. This is not a breakfast you get from a buffet with powdered eggs, dry cereals, and self serve everything. "Rosie" was my server and she was the most hospitable, considerate, and engaged person I could have before a long drive ahead that day. Food was excellent! If you're staying at Crowne Plaza in Arlington, pay a ittle extra for a suite on an upper floor and definitely buy the breakfast with your reservation!

Wish they would update the appearance of the property inside. It's an atrium design hotel of 8 floors. The color palette of the halls and doors is dull and could benefit from an update. Also had a towel that was very worn on one edge, with fraying, hanging threads. Suggested they inventory their towels and housekeeping was informed. Would be nice to see the towels upgraded anyway.

I loved the ceilings and the elevators. The esthetic was beautiful all around.

I didn’t like my full party wasn’t included in my breakfast purchase. It definitely was the reason I didn’t go down and eat because of that.

How quite it was , you didnt hear the loud traffic. The bartender was AMAZING

I stated in my reservation we would have 7 people. We needed 1 more blanket, but because everything was booked out they didnt have spare ones. Also breakfast should be inputted into the price per head in the 1 room instead of adding to the room.

I loved the bed, my goodness. Such comfort. The best bed I have slept on in a hotel so far. Well done.

The fact that you do not offer bed and breakfast. I think you need to reconsider that. Also didnt like the fact that despite me reporting that the water fountain in the gym wasn't working, it wasnt fixed the time I was there for almost 2 weeks.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Snacks/drinks are available for purchase through a self check area, which was easy and convenient.

Our room purchase came with a breakfast buffet for the 4 of us. Breakfast was not even a little bit good - the food was extremely overcooked/overheated. The french toast sticks were tough, the sausage was hard and dry and the bacon was hard and crumbly.

I love the location of this hotel, it's close to the attractions that I am interested in. The hotel is located off the expressway and easy to get back on the expressway. Very convenient. This is my go-to hotel BUT ONLY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS!

I FROZE MY BUNS OFF! We could not enjoy the bar area, nor the seating area in the lobby. I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, but it was spring and summer months!!! Very cool spot, but definitely a NO for winter months. Burrrr
