Close to the Market Hall where we came for a competition (perfect walking distance). Late night check in made easy. We stayed 5 nights. The room (208) was quiet, A/C was working properly, not too noisy. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Good value for the price. Our cleaning lady was very friendly.

The down side was the breakfast. When I booked, there was supposed to be coffee, juice and a few items to eat. We are easy, we didn't expect fresh food or anything. Reality was: coffee when the owner was not turning the machine off and maybe juice. Nothing for kids, nothing to eat and no replacement if the coffee ran out.

Super nice staff. George always goes above & beyond. Comfortable rooms. Perfect location for my stay, close enough to downtown meetings yet far enough away to avoid traffic/crowds. Lots of eating options within walking distance. Fridge & microwave for those not wanting to eat out every meal, though the Denny's is right next door for occasional meals & gatherings. I've stayed here for our annual convention for 7 years now and will continue to stay here now 2x per year as our meetings are now semi-annual. Recommend to all in my business who come down here.

Got used to free breakfast, but it seems the times have changed for everyone, not offered any longer. Not a big deal, though. They do have juice & coffee and discount coupons for Denny's next door.

The staff were really helpful with letting me choose a room that is quiet enough.

I would have appreciated if there were answers to my booking.com messages. The breakfast would have been more enjoyable with some fruits.

There is breakfast after all. Even though it's just a small amount of food it was perfect for me. Muffins and toast with jelly and peanut butter. Also there is coffee and there is orange juice.

One of the beds in my room smelled bad, but nothing too bad.

Staff was very friendly, helpful. They checked me in earlier than it was supposed to be. My room was comfortable, everything what I needed was in my room including coffee machine. I felt safety.

Hotel is nice, location 25 minutes walk to the American airlines center. Room has everything we need, WI FI is good, bed is comfortable. Friendly staff. Parking is just outside the room.

We have reservation with breakfast included, but it was not as we expected. Breakfast could be improved. Not just coffee, tea and orange juice.

Tv & shower were my only issue. Shower didn’t get too hot, but doable, tv skipped every other channel, random Spanish on certain movie channels.

Quick and easy check in process, convient to the show that we were attending. Dennys in the same parking lot that you can walk too. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
