I liked that the room was in a quiet area of the hotel. The cleaning staff did an amazing job maintaining the room. The bed was comfortable and the AC was able to be adjusted nicely and accurately.

The front desk lady made us put in an extra deposit that we were not aware of prior to booking the hotel. The key cards kept going out and they had to be fixed almost daily. The front desk lady was also pretty rude and a little unhelpful when we came across issues. The elevator also did not work.

The front desk lady was absolutely welcoming she made us feel very comfortable and made our check in quick and easy she has excellent customer service I'll definitely book again next time I come down

The housekeeping is very unprofessional entered pur room without knocking at 9 in the moreover even though check out wasn't until 11 and returned every 30 min disturbing our sleep we had a long night and wanted to rest and our rest wad broken because of house keeping word of advice tell them ti start knocking at 11 when it's check out time and knock on doors before entering they don't know a person's mental state they can get hurt

Location was good.The could be a whole lot better...muffins and oat meal. Could be better than that.

Some homeless guy roaming the Property and going in and out the Brush that's right in front of Hotel. And was talking to his and making all kinds of hand gestures. Scarie situation. Police should have been called to escort him from Property.

The room was way better than what I expected. Very very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This place never has any good breakfast!! Twice I've stayed there and went to breakfast at like 7/8am and the food is already gone. Only thing left is Big Tex ans that's not even a breakfast food.

The staff was great rooms clean the only thing that wasn't good was breakfast and coffee ,there wasn't any kind of breakfast coffee was always cold other than that my stay was great

Great valve, very clean, lots of parking, and extremely professional staff.

The location is a bit too isolated. I attended a funeral in Dallas by myself so wanted something inexpensive for one nite. The hotel was fine for me for my purpose, but I would not stay there for multiple nites, much less with my wife and daughters.

How clean the rooms were. The staff was great and the price was very budget friendly

I feel if the out door sound could be addressed. I heard the traffic noise throughout the night that made it a little hard to rest. Other than that it was a great stay

The building was musty and the AC was not great. Had it set at 60 but room never got below 70

The only ice machine available is on the 2nd floor. I was on the 3rd
