I enjoyed how clean this facility was. I noticed the staff always wiping down something, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing. I definitely appreciate that. The rooms were very clean and I truly appreciate the fact that the rooms come equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.

I wish the bedding was a little thicker. You basically sleeping under three very thin sheets. If I stay here again, I’ll definitely remember to bring something thick from home. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, loved the pancake machine. First time ever on the first floor of any hotel, so convenient! Pool area was nice and clean. It's a few miles from the action, but I wanted to be near Rigby's and loved that it's away from the busy areas. Oh, very, very firm bed; I always bring my own pillow.

The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. I'm not sure if it was because we were on the first floor, but the stream was weak! One of the desk clerks must have been new. She charged my card again after I tried to explain to her that my booking was non-refundable and paid in full already. After she realized her error, she didn't know how to fix it. Another clerk had to fix it the next day.

The desk staff was over and beyond helping checking in and very friendly! Our suite was amazing and made our stay perfect! Enjoy the balcony! Rooftop bar was a special treat to enjoy a drink and have dinner. Food was delicious and the bartender makes amazing cosmopolitan! Free breakfast was another enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back!

It was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. I loved it. The kids enjoyed ourselves breakfast.

I was very impressed with this hotel, the location, the rooms, the staff all around stay was exceptionally well I love luxury and this hotel has its own little luxury in the city of Warner Robins it is well worth the money, and this the only Hotel I'll be staying at if I come back to Warner Robins.

I didn't find nothing to complain about I liked everything!

We arrived later than expected but that didn't matter - the room was ready and HUGE plus so very comfy!! My 9 year old and I went to go skating at the Rigbys Park next door for an hour before it became adult time. We then got a quick bite at the Walk Ons next door and slept like two comfy babies. I hope to stay here again next week.

Wish they had pancakes for my daughter to eat. She didn't quite favor the biscuits and gravy they had that day.

The sofa bed was the only thing wrong with my stay. The bed was broken or something because one side was higher than the other side. Other than that the stay was wonderful!

Breakfast needs to have food(meat) for people who don't eat pork. Yogurt was advertised but no yogurt was available. Rooftop was nice just didn't get the 1 complimentary drink per room.

It was a nice place to stay. Good restaurants, Rigby’s was a lot of fun for both the kids and the adults. There was a dead cockroach in the entrance of our room when you walked in, didn’t see any others for the next few days that we were there.

All was great! We stayed in the suite which had a fantastically huge balcony. What a pleasant surprise that was! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Both mornings we awoke to the housekeeping standing in our room asking if we wanted our rooms cleaned. I find this to be inappropriate. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never had this happen before. Very strange that the housekeeping thought this was acceptable. I must admit that the first morning I was in such shock that I told the lady to get the H E double hockey sticks out! Also, please clean the bathroom doors! They were covered in grimy handprints
