The location was good and so was the breakfast. Personnel was very friendly. We greatly appreciated their willingness to let us lock and store our expensive bikes in side hallway.

Germany is a cycling land, with excellent cycling paths, and even reserved slots in special train wagens outfitted specifically for bikes. In contrast, most German hotels and B&Bs have NO secure bike storage and this hotel was no exception. Like many cyclists our bikes are expensive and one of us is riding an electric bike. We can't recommend enough indoor secure bike parking for cyclists like us.

Parking was hit and miss no guarantee you can park (and pay €14 a day for parking which should be included) as the hotel can get full quickly. The location can get noisy with vehicular traffic as it's located on a busy junction, so ask for a room at the back off the main road, which can interrupt sleep patterns. No cupboards just hangers, but limited so depends if you are looking on a long or short stay

It was a great stay great location for the train station

We had cleaners in every other day but they did not leave enough tea and coffee for two people or made the bed from how we left it and on the second clean didn’t leave enough towels

It's not the first time and not the last time , I will go to this hotel for ever it's the best it has yummy breakfast and very very nice and superb staff , I absolutely love it .

There is nothing I disliked it's the best hotel in history in my opinion I will definitely tell more people to go to this hotel .

The staff were very friendly and kind towards me and my family honestly it was a lovely stay and because it's so good I always stay there every year with my family .

Excellent location 5-10 minutes away from the train station. The staff welcomed and sent us off with a smile. The breakfast is rich in choice and full with delicious pickups. The room felt a bit small for a family of 4 and the double duvets didn't provide for a very comfortable sleep.

The property is conveniently placed for travel networks and convenience to bars and restaurants within the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a very good continental breakfast with plenty of choice.

Car parking can be an issue onsite but there are alternatives within walking distance.

Clean, specious rooms, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Exceptional breakfast and perfect location, just in the centre of the town but close to motorway. Its a win win.

Google maps are leading to the side of the hotel, difficult to find a parking. Maybe hotel should properly pin location to avoid misleading as some streets are one way

We had very nice stay in Holiday Inn in Gutersloh. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast delicious with very wide selection (pancake machine was especially appreciated by our kids). Nice and helpful staff.

This was our second stay in this hotel and again, we had nothing to complain about.
