Very convenient for the main railway station. Room exactly what I'd expect from a budget hotel, and much better than I thought it might be from reading all the reviews. Clean, satisfactory temperature, fairly comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, free wi-fi worked well (I've had problems recently in some places), only noisy if window open (and then not very noisy - very quiet when window closed). Reception staff spoke good English. I was able to leave my case at reception (free of charge) after I checked out and pick it up during the afternoon when I was actually leaving Bielefeld. I arrived after 8.30pm on a public holiday (Easter Monday) - later than planned due to a train cancellation - but there was an Asian restaurant half a minute away which was still open and I was able to get a cooked meal (a buffet).

Nothing really - it did what it needed to do. Only thing was one of the reception staff didn't give a very good professional impression due to his appearance (wearing tracksuit trousers, which were not pulled up properly and were exposing significantly more than would be regarded as "business professional"). But otherwise, he was definitely professional and business-like! (And the other receptionist, on in the morning, was appropriately dressed.)

Well located to the city and station. Easy check in and out. Quiet location and clean.

The facilities in the rooms could have been better. No hairdryer, safe or mini fridge. One day our room was not cleaned or the beds remade (which I had paid for). Also, the breakfast included option was very expensive, €12 per day! It was cheaper to eat at a nearby bar at the station...which was worth the inconvenience.

Self check in . Close to station. Clean. I refered to the hotel service after three weeks with a request and they were soo professional and even provided a persanell who speaks my language. Custom friendly. Easy to check in. Covinient location. Next time I will stop here definitely! This time I had a round trip visiting three countries and sty in B&B hotel was the most pleasant.

Friendly staff, great location and very comfort double bed

My suggestion to the management is to make sure that corridors smell good because I always had a feeling of a bad smell (and same smell) in the main corridor of the second floor. Also in the room sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the toilet and even when I entered on my first day I had to open the window. Another issue was that on my last day I was outside until 10:30 am and despite reception being informed that I will check out at 12:00 but they revoked my access to the room and I had to request a new pin to pick up my belongings.

the room was spacious with two bunks and two singles. All beds were comfortable with nice clean sheets and a warm duvet. there was a good sized table and two stools. Shower pressure was great. Breakfast was very good to and good value for money. staff very helpful, they moved their car so we could park in their car park which was otherwise full.

Our arrival was late but it was not an issue because at the automated station one can check in any time. The hotel is quite basic but clean and in good condition. Also left early, no time for breakfast.

great location, close to the train station, had a room facing the station but still managed to have a silent nights sleep, room was basic but just what I needed, would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities, paying €100 a night it should be standard!

I stayed three nights and room was ‘cleaned’ once- as in new towels delivered. Bed sheets were not changed at all while I stayed, air con was also rather loud. No safe provided in the room and no fridge, again if paying €100 a night this should be standard

Breakfast is simple but quite good. Very good location in terms of public transport. The room was clean.

The room was quite small and not very well ventilated. Humidity was very high, the windows were dripping with water from the inside.

Quiet rooms and comfortable bed! Bathroom was clean and had a nice shower.

Location is very convenient to the main train station and public transport, but you need to pass through the station to go anywhere else.

You can hear so much noise from the outside.
