Breakfast was excellent, great healthy options. I liked the mint 'detox' water also available in the foyer. Room facing city on top floor had great view - could even see the Schwebebahn (needed to stand up to see). Games and books to borrow, mini playpark outside. The decor was nice and the range of teas fantastic. The little bag to use to get a treat if your room wasn't serviced was also good. Easy walk from the hauptbahnhof. Friendly staff and colouring offered for the children.

Hygiene was generally great, spotted one hair in bathroom sink. Also to improve would be restock of drinks after non-room-clean and possibly better in-room milk options.

The team at the Vienna House is so kind and helpful. They provided with a kettle upon request and are all around caring. I have stayed many times at the Vienna House, whenever I am in town to see my family. So the familiarity and kind atmosphere is very much appreciated. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable.

I had very noisy neighbours this time and failed to alert the hotel. The other problem I had was access to WiFi, which for some reason was not accessible on either of my devices. This is the first time this has happened.

its was amazing experience! from the first step in the hotel everything was perfect. special compliment to the staff: the whole hotel team works for one goal. the guys at the reception were very friendly (I don't remember the names, the evening of 26.04 and the morning 27.04). - location: Historische Stadthalle just around the corner.. wait, no, right across from the hotel! we came to a concert at this venue so the location was perfect. - the bar and bartender were awesome! beer, cocktails, wine... and such a nice terrace with a view... - This room had all you need for a short stay, everything is so new and fresh. + Bad! - breakfast was fantastic, A rich selection, natural juices, hummus in guacamole and even micro greens :)

Just one issue that, unfortunately, cannot be completely resolved, but a compromise could definitely be found: parking. Only 5 slots for hotel guests, sounds like a joke for such a huge hotel.. , but payed parking just in front of is available. 12€/day, payment on reception. And there is a Schwebebahn station nearby,for travel in which is covered by Deutschlandticket.

The room we had was very sizeable with a couch along the window that gave a great view over the city of Wuppertal. The Luisenviertel is in walking distance (< 10 min) and so is one of the stations on the Schwebebahn. Staff was excellent, super friendly and accommodating. There is a little free parking on the circle in front of the hotel, but plenty more in the paid garage, of which the price is reasonable. Dinner in the restaurant was fine, but the portions far too large. Breakfast buffet was excellent for the price.

There is really not much to like. The hotel is an excellent place from which to visit Wuppertal or if you are in need of a stay in the area.

My Germany is very poor but all the staff were very kind and spoke English to us. They explained everything clearly and we had zero problems. WiFi great. Car parking is easy for a small overnight charge. There are some free spaces if you are lucky to find them empty when you arrive. It is walkable to the town, and Ohligsmuhle schwebebahn station.

My only disappointment is that on the breakfast buffet the first day there were waffles, but not on subsequent days. Otherwise breakfast provided all you would expect.

The breakfast was really good with alot of options and one of the better breakfast options I have had in europe. The price was 15 euros but I think it was worth it and there was fresh options for everyone. the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming and kept the place clean in between customers.

Eveything was fine and as advertised. The tv was really small, that could def use an upgrade. But other than that it was an enjoyable stay

We enjoyed dinner in a genuine Italian Restaurant Taormina which is only 3 minutes walk. - [ ] If you are lucky enough you can park your car in front of hotel free of charge (but only likited to 6 places I guess) - [ ] The bath was very clean and big enough. - [ ] The room was well designed and clean. - [ ]

Nice design, parking garage with lot of spaces, the temperature in the room was really nice when we first entered eventhough it was cold outside.

The walls were not soundproof. I was able to hear all the discussions from outside or from next door.

The hotel is quintessential German as far as efficiency goes. Checking in and out process was superb, and friendly young staff knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are spacious, quiet and well appointed. AC is such a pleasure in hot summer, and beautifully cool and odour free. There is a nice "green" feeling across all the hotel features and processes, which seem genuine. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced, and really really good. The restaurant was super clean, staff were very efficient and friendly and someone has to share the secret of the pancake/flapjacks. Just superb. Underground parking tight, but good.

If I had to nitpick, there was the last guests cool drink bottle still under the bed, and a few sweet papers behind the curtain. Housekeeping needs to be a bit careful, but the cleanliness was very good despite this tiny glitch.

Great location. Clean and accommodating facilities. All basics available. Note that you can access the train station through platform one . That will save the trip through the main entrance. Was important for us as we used the train.

Food was a bit bit basic but fresh and good quality.
