I did like the robes, slippers, beverages, bottled water, fruit, chocolates left in the room for us to enjoy. I enjoyed having room service with no additional charge as it was all-inclusive. Lots of activities available near the pools, tons of food options, great latin and american music and beautiful beach to enjoy.

The location was very remote off a dark lit road with too many speed bumps that even when driven slowly could cause damage to most cars or scooters. Trucks or large SUVs would do better over those high speed bumps. My family and I didn't enjoy all the tiny ants living around bathroom sink and kitchenette area near coffee machine. I didn't like how dirty the floors were when we first checked into our room. It wasn't until the following days that housekeeping mopped the dirty floors clean. The toilet room door was stained and needed a good scrubbing. Please scrub the doors and floors clean.

The location was great!. It's about 44 mins from the airport. The premium rooms very spacious.. I definitely go back.

I liked the service and the facilities. Everything was very nice and the concierge was Excellent.

Drinks were for the most part bottom shelf and even the premium/preferred package didn't get us top shelf liquor. Best scotch you could get was regular Buchannan's. Not thrilled with the bar....have seen much better. Food was good but not great. It was a hit and miss. For the most part the only option for breakfast and lunch was the buffet (aside from a few beach spots with burgers and hot dogs but nothing really good). At the buffet a few plates were really good but some others were not good at all. Food I would rate a 7/10. The best food I got at the Steakhouse.

I loved the staff. Junior, Donar, Josefina, Teodoro were amazing. The grounds are beautiful and right next to the beach. Everything is super clean, and you can walk in all the premium restaurants without a reservation. The new buildings are gorgeous and have concierge services included. We had a swim up room and it was nice near the beach. The staff makes the experience unforgettable. They are genuinely kind people and cater to your every needs.

Honestly the hotel is great alot of children because it is a family resort. If you want to have adult fun you can go to Breathless right next door.

It was a very beautiful property, the facilities were updated and very clean. There was so much to do and so many options. The staff were amazing, our concierge Breilin was so helpful and incredibly nice. He made the stay so easy for us and even had the room decorated to celebrate us. A few other standout employees were Wilber, Minnie Mouse(Denise), Cappuccino and Roche. They were so entertaining and enthusiastic the whole trip. Wilber gave us so many recommendations for new music and he made every cart trip amazing. The rest of the crew were so great at their job and we truly enjoyed the stay.

Very good facilities. Our Booking concierge, Joel, was excellent, always ready to help, immediate response. The beach personnel was also very good - kudos to Feliciano at the beach bar, and Vida, at the towel station. The personnel at some of the restaurants was not always super friendly (many were very friendly) but they seemed overworked and under a lot of stress. But they were always correct.

The food at the main cafe and restaurant could be better - at least in other dreams hotels we have visited was better. Some of the other restaurants were excellent, though

The food was great, a variety of options. Wait staff was so pleasant and met all my needs. The concierge was excellent provided me with event updates, reserved dinner for us when asked and checked in frequently to see if there was anything he could do for us. All the staff was exceptional I couldn’t be more pleased. And will be back again!

Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing. I will definitely be booking really soon.

clean property and room service is excellent. very well designed and access to all fun filled facilities. beach was very clean and well maintained

My 2 yr old son got sick and we had to take him to hospital with an ambulance. Ambulance ride cost us US400 + US181 for the doctor attending inside ambulance. on top this resort is affiliated with that hospital and advised an isolated price list for their guest on Ambulance fee, Doctors fee USD400 etc. I enquired about usual Ambulance charges and it about USD25. Trip was within budget until we had that unforeseen situation.

The food options for a Vegan were about 70 percent of what they served which fit into my regular eating routine. The resort was so beautiful and clean. The restaurant options you can pick from for weeks. Stayed there 10 days and hated to leave.

The hostile taxi cab drivers when arriving at the airport. It had nothing to do with the resort, but make sure you have schedule your transportation from the airport to the resort through booking.com, otherwise you will be swarmed with taxi people trying to get you in their cars. And you want to stay safe, so schedule with booking. That way you know you will be taken directly to the resort.
