I was pleased with this stay. Reception looked nice and provided drinks and sometimes pastries. The staff were friendly. The location was central and walkable to the beach and other attractions. We loved the rooftop terrace and the views from it. The massage pool and sensual shower were great, they gave us fresh towels and slippers to use the facilities. Room was clean and had everything you need

The room was a bit small to walk about in. We did have to take uber to/from train station but this is not really the hotels fault. Sauna was out of order. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was (small simple buffet)

A great stay, gentle and friendly staff. We loved an hour of spa that was included in the room price, breakfast was more than decent. I booked a classic queen room because I didn’t see another option, so I asked the front desk whether we can switch it to double room and they fulfilled my request in no time. They gave us a handicapped room , the bathroom with the shower area was a bit weird but there was a lot of space, so we loved it anyway.

The window of our room faced some playground, that was noisy till late and then many things were happening there in the morning starting at 7am. Though, it was all bearable .

The best part of this hotel was definitely the location - just a block from the main town center and easily walkable to a number of beaches. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was super tiny - just enough space to walk around the bed, which made our luggage storage situation a little tight, but the bed was really comfortable and the space was quiet. The bathroom was spacious and upgraded, and we really enjoyed using the spa facilities (sauna, steam room, and hot tub) in the evening.

Lovely clean quiet room with aircon. Asked for a garden view room. It was looking out towards the castle higher up and a children's playground below! Lovely. We were on the 3rd floor. Small area below for folk to sit out for breakfast. Staff were so obliging really kind and helpful.

Breakfast was extra which was 14 euroes each. It was great but would have been good if it was included? ( booking.com) Spiral staircase in our room was OK for us but not to everyone's taste?

The property was comfortable, clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The quality and variety of breakfast was the best we’ve had for a long time. The location and ambience was excellent.?

The room was quite small, with only one bedside table and v little room to hang up clothes. It was v hot and uncomfortable on our first night, despite all our best efforts to get the air conditioning working effectively. To our dismay, we discovered the next morning that it hadn’t been activated by the reception staff, but this was rectified immediately on informing staff.

Very nice staff at this hotel. It's in a great location right in the middle of Cassis, but is very quiet. After a five hour hike in Les Calanques, it was wonderful to use the sensory pool! Room was spotlessly clean, great bathroom and shower. Bed very comfortable.

We had a Classic Double room, which was on the small side. Barely enough space to put our suitcase. Would therefore recommend booking a bigger room, though not sure how much bigger the different categories of rooms are.

Loved the spa, especially the sensory shower it was amazing. Wish more spas had one of them. The staff were friendly, the bed was really really comfy and the location was absolutely perfect. I actually don't think it could have been more perfect location, 30 seconds from the centre and the port and beach but down a really quiet street next to the police station so it was silent outside

Rooms bit dated, bathroom particularly and the shower door wouldn't close so could only keep the shower on low to make sure water not on floor. This was room 111 so maybe get sliding door fixed. Such a minor thing though for an otherwise fantastic stay.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful, spoke good english, which was a bonus for us. Excellent value for money.

Would have been nice to have a bigger room, that said value for money compared to other hotels - AIRBNB etc was very very good. We were out for most of the day and the room was a more the adequate base to sleep and shower. More than happy to recommend.

Great location near the port, and restaurants. We enjoyed our free hour in the spa. Quiet room with spacious balcony Cassis is a beautiful small town would love to stay here again

The room was very compact, although the balcony made up for this. We arrived by train in Cassis. Local taxis are not available for the journey to the town, there is a bus service though. The walk would be about 35 minutes otherwise.

Everything. We loved this hotel. Out of all of the hotels (7) we stayed in on our trip, this was our favorite. It was also the LEAST expensive. The location was perfect, our room was great, but the staff, they are the real heroes of this story. They (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM) were fabulous. Truly a delightful place to stay. If we ever come back to Cassis, there's no question, we'd stay here. I will recommend your hotel to everyone I know!
