The room was clean and comfortable, the team members were very helpful and the ambience was spot on. We were lucky enough to meet the gardener who was making a lovely job of caring for the plants including a gorgeous jasmine. The lounge was very comfortable too and we were able to have tissanes before bed. Breakfast was really good and plentiful.

We got a little confused as we tried to find the hotel but after a second attempt, we found the entrance very close to the ringroad. Perhaps we should go back to make sure we know where it is.

Amazing place, the location, the building, the staff were exceptionally great and helpful. Loved the decorations of the building, the vintage style was awesome. It is in a city/town but when you go inside the property, the garden with amazing trees and lovely swimming pool, you feel like you are in paradise. A truly great place to relax, and enjoy life to the fullest. I can only recommend this hotel to anyone, even with children, they would enjoy their holiday in such an amazing place.

This hotel is just perfect if you're the kind of person who likes a morning swim in a deserted pool and great service and great cocktails! We were here for a week in July 2024 and loved it. The staff are exceptional. Great, great hotel!

It's quite a walk into town but the difficulty with that was more to do with the heat than the distance. We're in our 60's but it was certainly do-able.... Just very uncomfortable. Worth it when you get to the town, though. Nimes is beautiful.

The pool was top but its use depends on weather. Breakfast was good, we liked the way it was prepared for serving and the local products. The staff was very pleasant. As we decided to extend our stay we needed to switch rooms. The first one on ground floor was very good, the second one on the first floor was good too, except that its location is closer to the source of the installation noise (probably air-con).

Not many things we disliked. Maybe only the noise of installation (air-con) in our room upstairs. As it was raining upon our arrival, the drive-in was filled with huge puddles. We suggest some drainage or filling them up with gravel. Otherwise the exterior and the architecture is lovely.

Very friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. They work so hard. Rooms and hotel generally was very clean and looked after. Air con worked well and we really enjoyed having tea / coffee making facilities in the room and free bottles of water everyday. Pool was great but a little cold - kids loved it. There was a good selection at breakfast and great that we could sit outside. Also loved that we could order drinks to have around the pool. Nice and quiet despite being close to a main road and there was a lovely bar / restaurant across the road and Lidl supermarket. Took us about 20mins to walk to Arena, train station and main attraction / centre of Nimes. Great location. Loved our 2 night stop over stay here whilst interrailing with 2 children (aged 10 & 13 yrs).

The mosquitos around the pool - got bitten loads. Take bug spray - we forgot!!

Very cute hotel in a great location for walking in to Nimes. The pool area was completely empty so we enjoyed a couple of afternoons in the sun. The staff were wonderful, friendly and attentive. The bed was comfy and the room a good size.

It's not quite as plush as the pictures make it out to be, but that adds to the charm. The air-conditioning could do with an overhaul, OK for May, but may not be good enough for peak summer.

We have stayed in this hotel now for at least four times, always as a stop on our way to Spain. It is a wonderful oasis to recharge batteries after a long drive and it allows us to visit the beautiful city of Nîmes just taking a 20 minutes walk. Our kids love the pool and the breakfast is very good.

The kids don't mind, but i would love to have the pool heated a little bit! Anyway, in summer it is always a welcome refreshment.

Close to motorway but quiet. Good choice of breakfast and they made a point of having my gluten free bread ready for me without having to ask. Staff very helpful.

Sadly restaurant was closed apart from breakfast and not much choice close at hand to eat after a long journey.. Would have preferred a shower without bath. No lift but staff helped us up to second floor with our cases

Gorgeous hotel with French ambiance. Very friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast. Located near train and bus station for trips to places nearby. Very good for a short cities trip. The pool was a bonus. Excellent value for money.

The accommodation was at a very decent level and we were generally satisfied. The hotel garden with the pool was pleasant. The breakfast was of adequate quality. The city of Nimes is very beautiful and I recommend a visit. Not far from city center and Arena.

some elements of the accommodation would deserve renovation. I personally prefer a shower over a bath.
