The hotel staff and services are excellent. They helped us wherever we needed.

The pool tiles are a bit rough and easy to get small cuts on the toes. The rooftop bar a quite loud night as well.

The lobby is quite new and the kids club is big and amazing. Again during the daytime when the sun was shining directly on the pool, it was too warm to use their water park facilities. The afternoon is the best time to have the dip. They offered unlimited drinking water, but they only came in small glass bottles and you have to order constantly. The tricky part is the milk service… you must ask for milk for the coffee to get it free. Otherwise they charged you a lot for a glass milk. The resort has a small mall next to it where you can get good food without paying the hotel price. Happy hour at the lounge was great with many sweet treats.

Great pool with floating mats and inflatable obstacle course; the pool was reasonably clean with the occasional flower or leaf floating by, but no big issue for me. We spent 3 days in the pool for several hours a day with our child and it was great. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Adequate dining options with more restaurants in the adjoining Samasta Village. In-room dining service was fairly quick (about 30 mins for 3 main courses), and any room service requests (eg to top up lotion) were met promptly. All the staff were wonderful and attentive, they made our stay very enjoyable!

The shower stall looked a little tired - some old water stains / mold in the corners where the wall meets the floor - I mentioned this to a customer service representative when she approached for feedback, but I didn’t notice any difference when I returned to my room later that evening. Not a deal breaker overall, but it would have been really impressive if the shower stalls are maintained in pristine condition as it reflects the cleaning standards.

The staff were great and very welcoming the room we eventually got was nice and not too far from the restaurant and amenities. The room was well maintained and a good supply of water.

Don't fall for the "We have given you an upgrade" trick. They tell you this then place you in a room nobody wants. Ours was a ground floor room looking straight onto the pools so everyone was looking into the room. Absolutely no privacy. The buffet breakfast was nice, but was not as good as previous years when we stayed with Western and other resorts. The reception staff do the hard sell to get you to join their Movenpick site. Not what you want when you first arrived.

The staff were absolutely kind and helpful. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Variety we have never seen before catering to all nationalities. The pool areas and reception are just amazing! The shops and eateries on-site were a bonus along with nightly balinese dance performances in the village quad. Don't miss the chocolate fountain each day in the lobby Cafe from 4 to 5 pm. Yummmm

Restaurant meals were expensive for what we got. Suggest you checkout the restaurants down in the little village area. The beds were hard and Pillows uncomfortable, although the staff were helpful and supplied us some alternatives.

Very family orientated. Staff are well groomed and friendly. Location is convenient - Spa and shopping mall are next to it. We really like that you can turn off the central aircon in your room completely, which most hotel wont allow you to do so ( we dont like leave the aircon on while we are sleeping)

We would like to book for massage. However, their spa is fully booked. Not their fault I guess, their spa is too popular.

the hotel is perfect when you have little kids. You get to relax as its quiet enough, and the kids get o have a really good time too. Great kids club, really good buffet breakfast

Its not in the best location, but we dont mind we barely leave the hotel. And if you're vegan the lunch and dinner menu at the resort are not great at all. Also the menu us expensive for what you get

Breakfast was good, quite a variety including halaal options. The pool and kids activities kept my lil one entertained for hours. The rooms were spacious, modern. Cute little village style shops and eateries outside. We loved chocolate hour at the hotel. Also ate divine sushi at the restaurant in the hotel.

Incredible property, very grande! We enjoyed this resort with our two young children and it's tailored for families. The resort grounds are beautiful - so many pools and cabanas to choose from! The kids club and pool slides were a huge and a hit with our kids. We will definitely be back. Chocolate hour was a very nice touch! The resort is secluded from the hustle and bustle but we personally enjoyed that.

The resort is huge so expect breakfast can get quite busy. If you'd like to avoid the crowds try and head to the buffet much earlier.

Excellent facilities, staff were very friendly and polite, room was a good size with balcony over looking the pool area, restaurant was fantastic, great variety of food for breakfast, great location, close to beach and seafood restaurants. Quiet, bed very comfortable and had everything you will need.

I thought it was a bit expensive compared to other Hotels in the same area which had the same rating and facilities
