Modern and beautiful hotel. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Free parking. No problem with payment. Check-in and check-out - 2 minutes. WI-FI work very well. There is a bus stop, a good restaurant and fast food nearby.

Overall we liked the hotel and the downsides that I will describe would not prevent us from staying at this hotel again. But perhaps the hotel owner can fix something so that the hotel does not lose its 4 stars. Unexpectedly poor quality breakfast for a hotel of this level. The omelet is really chemical, as was written in other reviews. The same sausages and drinks. Holes in the sheets. Very slippery bathtub. The glass partition is positioned so that all the water ends up on the floor when taking a shower. The road to the hotel from the main road has no sidewalk. It's not a long walk, but it's not comfortable, you need to watch out for cars passing by. Chaotic parking on site. The journey from the hotel to the center by bus takes about 40 minutes. Buses do not keep to schedule.

After reading opinions on this hotel I was afraid it won't meet my expectations, which were not too high - I just wanted a decent, clean acommodation for a short stay. Eventually, it came out it was an excellent choice! In a really low price I checked in a clean, comfortable and functional room. The hotel has its cozy, old-school vibe and impressive exterior. Staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was typical Italian - wide selection of pastries with rather poor choice of savoury dishes. Be aware that the only advisable way to get to the hotel from the airport is to take a taxi.

It is an older hotel but it accommodated us very well. It is clean and our room was quite comfortable and immaculately clean and cleaned daily! Staff was friendly and provided what help we needed. Check in n out was quick n easy since we reserved month ahead. Breakfast was very good, too with delicious cereal, bread and pastries, juices, milk, coffee and water. Scrambled or boiled eggs, meats and cheese! I was fed well! I didn’t use the gym but it had the gym essentials and I Should’ve used it as I came home several pounds heavier! We used local transportation and hotel is only a few minutes away from bus stop! Less than 30 minutes from Vatican City, Colosseum, Trevi, …!

I’d stay there again, longer! I only spent 9 days and it was comfortable and clean and came home happy with our stay.

Wide, spacious and comfortable rooms. A friendly welcome. Friendly and helpful receptionists! Art atmosphere. A perfectly adequate breakfast. It shows how skillfully a former building with a different purpose has been converted into a spacious hotel. Unlike downtown hotels, here the staircases are wide, the ceilings are high and there are lots of open spaces. Regular and frequent bus connection to the Vatican and St. Angelo. Train station at 500 m. Both airports are accessible by train in 1h.20 and by public transport - a little more difficult.

I don't like to point out small things. For this price, with breakfast included, and access to the Vatican in 30-40 minutes, I think it was a perfect choice for 6 families with children. The appearance of an old boarding house or pansion only enhances the pleasant feeling of surprise from the interior and art decorations. Thanks for the accommodation.

Had a good selection of breakfast, staff clean up when guest are done in the breakfast dining hall, overall satisfied. I booked 2 rooms with triple beds for prior to a Tour since there were no twin available at my booking time. To my surprised, the rooms are pretty good size given that there are 3 beds and comfortable. I was very worried with all the negative reviews about the rooms not being clean but to my surprised, it was clean and comfortable. I think if you would like more renovated, good size rooms, best to book a triple. They allowed us to stay in our original room during our Tour as well which was a plus so that we did not have to move. There is also a Supermarket, McDonald's, a Steak House, a Chinese Restaurant, Italian Restaurant, and very helpful pharmacy around 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There are also buses on the main road that goes to the Rome City Center although we did not us it. The hotel staff was very helpful with our inquiries. Front desk helped book a Taxi and they came quickly.

Bathroom shower wall gets very wet from no ventilation but it seems most hotels do not have ventilation in Europe.

Beautiful surroundings, 1930's look bright airy and clean. Sports facilities very good...clay tennis Courts fantastic and great helpful staff. Stunning grounds very relaxing to just sit and watch the world go by. Easy transport to the Centre of Rome. Foro Italico walkable and Vatican a 20 minute bus ride. Very much recommend and will return...rooms cleaned daily and meticulously done...loved this place.

The hotel was lovely and we got a really big room to sleep 3 of us. The grounds were nice but the pool wasnt open when we stayed.

Nothing negative but it’s a 30 min bus journey in to Rome itself but that wasn’t a problem. A receptionist was too busy having a piece of fruit to take a photo of our group all together.

Personnel are very nice & helpful. The establishment is very clean. Good transport close to the hotel.

The road to the hotel was not the best. quality. You have to be careful walking - especially in the evening Good equipment like pool but you have to pay extra. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Great location on the northwest of the city if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the centre. Easy to get to by car off the ring road, and plenty of free secure onsite parking. Easy taxi ride to key Rome sights. Very reasonably priced. Plentiful breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Great to have a fridge in the room.

Checking time was taking too long. Only one staff at the front desk around 6:00 pm. only one person ahead of me and it was take about 30 minutes.
