Great location just off the Crowsnest. Rooms are quiet considering its proximity to the highway and railway. We had a king suite. Lots of room. Good breakfast choices. Restaurant next door and Tim’s/Subway within walking distance. Second time we’ve stayed there and we would return again.

Not a dislike but just a suggestion for the hotel - a kettle, dish towels and dish soap in the kitchen would be nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. A fridge and microwave, and coffee machine always appreciated. Bathroom a nice size and plenty of product Breakfast was one of the better ones I have had. A nice selection. Would have enjoyed some flavoured coffee creamer, but coffee was good. Very friendly staff.

Bed feeling like it was getting a bit worn. Not horrible, but pretty good sleep overall. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. There was no obvious button to start water for slide. Water fountains in pool area did not work. Hot water for tea in front foyer was not hot...but a nice selection to choose from.

Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfy. The whole family had a great sleep. There was a arcade close that we really enjoyed as well as the pool and water slide at the hotel. The adults also enjoyed the casino across the street. The hotel also had free breakfast that was very good. It was a win win for the whole family, we will defiantly stay there again.

I booked the room on booking.com and it clearly said check-in was 3:00 pm. We drove quite far to arrive at 3:00 and then we were told check-in was 4:00 pm, which is very late in my mind. I showed the staff the booking.com app and they did not do anything for us. We had to go waste another hour

Nice staff, very comfortable beds with lots of pillows.

Nothing of interest within walking distance…need to drive to find restaurants, shopping and activities. Would so very much appreciate having eggs/potatoes in a separate warming tray for those of us who are allergic to or not permitted to eat pork. Pork infuses everything in the tray making the eggs/potatoes potentially dangerous for someone with allergic reaction to eat. Few gluten free options. Offering 24hr coffee service is such a nice touch, but coffee was incredibly weak, even for me who doesn’t like strong coffee.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

We had a suite with a king and a pullout couch. The couch had just a blanket that was made of a very weird fabric. It was scratchy and not comfortable. I had to take the sheet from the other bed. Also, on my reservation email, checkout said 12:00, but the front desk said 11:00. They did extend it for us, but if I hadn’t asked, we would have been late to check out.

The room was spacious, clean and new, and the bed was very comfortable. It has a very nice breakfast area.

I do not like being charged a $50 incidental/damage fee. I know this is getting to be a common practice, but on 2 occasions this extra fee was not refunded to my Visa and it took several phone calls to resolve the matter.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.

The only downside was that the waterslide wasn’t working during our visit, which was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Location of the hotel was great. Rooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable. We did find several hairs on our pillows from previous guests which was a little off-putting. The fridge in the room was loud so I unplugged it for the night. Washrooms were great and the shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast in the morning was great with lots of selection. My kids loved the water slide and said "it was very fast." I would stay here again.

Other than a little more thorough cleaning of the rooms (hair on pillows and sheets) it was great.

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable (no trouble sleeping). The desk and kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It would have been nice to have benches outside in a smokers area. Very hard sitting on curb lol We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub and pool but since our main reason for the stay was a shopping trip we didn't get back to hotel until after the stores were closed and so was the pool and hot tub.
