Breakfast was free, simple and convenient. Would extend the breakfast hours to 1030am however for late risers.

Many items out of order. Vending machine would only except tap. Some elevator(s) out. Main ice machine down.....

Despite being an older hotel, they keep it very clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. They are also doing some work on one wing but it’s labeled clearly.

More than 2 cups. Would have liked cups for drinking water, More than 1 face cloth. Both of us had to share the face cloth. A box of tissues would have bee nice too, Had to use toilet paper.

It was very clean. The room was a bigger than I was expecting because it had a chair sofa in it.

I went down to get some supper and was told there was no restaurant in there. The next morning when I checked out, I was told that there was a restaurant. It’s too bad I didn’t know that to begin with because then I would not have had to drive to get food. 

I like that the property was clean and easy to access from the highway

I didn’t like the fact that I had to change three rooms in order to get Internet, but the staff was very accommodating to resolve this problem

Clean and quiet room. Very helpful and friendly staff. No complaints from us.

We had to change our reservation date by one day. A couple of days past our stay, we still have not had a response to our request. With that said, we did contact the front desk directly, and they were very accommodating, with no trouble making the changes we needed.

There was so much noise coming from next building for loud music and partying as well as so much noise in the lobby of people just sitting there talking loudly

It was affordable, the breakfast was amazing and the room was comfortable

The toilet in our room had a slow leak and kept randomly slow flushing throughout the night which made sleeping difficult

Friendly staff , generous rooms .

Not having been to Edmonton prior to our stay we were surprised at how far everything was from each other, a car is a must.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the mid stay housekeeping was wonderful, and the pool facilities were clean.

There was a bit of coffee under the nightstand.
