The staff was very helpful, the facilities were very nice, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations.

This was NOT the hotel's fault, but they didn't have a record of one of my two room reservations when I arrived, even though I'd received confirmation for both from Booking.com. Fortunately, the hotel wasn't full that night. I don't know what happened, and neither did they. I will now double check my reservations in advance with the establishment rather than trust Booking.com. If it happens again, I see no point in using this site.

The breakfast was well maintained and had good options for everyone in our family. There are many restaurant choices within walking distance of this hotel, and other shopping. The beds were comfortable.

We didn’t realize the bright LED light on the heating unit would light up our room at night. It was mentioned in the page of information provided at check-in…that we read the next morning. The helpful staff responded promptly and reset it so that it was no longer a problem for us.

I liked that we could let the hotel know we were arriving very late for check-in. We were so exhausted, that we missed the free breakfast. As we passed by the breakfast room at 10:45 am, one staff member asked if we needed anything. We explained we missed breakfasts so he offered us fruit and yogurt to go. That was so very nice!!!

The person who greeted us at the secured door was not as friendly and personable as we had hoped, but she provided all the necessary information.

We like this hotel because we know it's pet friendly. We have stayed here 3 times with our dogs now. When we travel from Fort St John to the island. We usually are on a late ferry. So we like coming here to spend the night before going to Campbell River. I like the neighborhood so I can walk my dogs in the morning. The dogs are comfortable, the room its nice, clean and the beds/matresss are very comfy. I like the 1st floor room so I can easily take my dogs out to do their buisness. It's quiet and unlike other hotels, the ac is quiet. One we stayed at in Prince George was clunky and cycled on and off all night. Thank you!

The lobby was nice and looked new or re-done, and the hotel overall looks clean. It is safe and seems to be in a good area. Staff is very friendly. The blankets were very comfortable. I thought it was good for the price

Rooms are a bit dated and had a slight musty smell but nothing too bad.

When I drove up I was underwhelmed as the building looks a little old school from a distance. I was late checking in, but there were still a few parking spots close to the front door. When I walked in everything was fresh and new, staff were fantastic and the room I was in felt recently renovated. Carpet was new, bed was perfect, room was very clean. Best hotel sleep I've had in a very long time. So quiet in there.

My family stayed for 5 days and the staff was great, room was very clean and it was in a good location. Breakfast was also good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The staff were friendly and efficient specially the breakfast staff. He managed to run it when it got really busy from 7 to 8 in the morning.

The room was very comfortable. Good lighting, storage. Excellent beds, pillows. Convenient bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very welcoming. There are a lot of good places to eat or get a take out within walking distance.
