The hotel has private, secure parking. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of food, from waffles to menudo.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room.

The building is not old, the gym was good, ice dispenser and free coffee too

The cleanliness (pool filter not working, rubbish around the place) Poor vegetarian options and no sound proofing for the walls.

The breakfast is excellent, but it could be better. More options for lunch will be great. I hope to find more fresh fruits on the menu. Also some extra pillows and blankets

Attentive front desk, they gave me a quiet and a pleasant stay. Will stay there again.

Included an adult content channel without warning. Best to post such before one experiences that content by accident.

The staff was nice and I liked their cleanliness and breakfast.

No extra blankets available. I had to sleep with my sweater. no heater available during cold days.

Everyone was nice and breakfast and dinner was the best from any other hotel I’ve stayed . And it was comfortable and cozy.

The airport shuttle was not available.

Nice indoor pool… had it to myself because of covid

The annoying security guard had to open the elevator doors with a key each time I wanted to go up to my room… ridiculous! I also went to two locations using Apple Maps before I switched to Google Maps to find the hidden hotel… it took me an hour to finally arrive at the hotel.

. Room was nice. Bed comfortable Staff was great, specially the guy who was serving breakfast. Very courteous.

Room size. But I guess it is a good value for the money spent.
