I love the Hilton Windhoek and this stay again confirmed that this is a great hotel. Rooms are beautiful, bed very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. I booked a very well priced package of Room / Dinner / Breakfast. It was an absolute joy. The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant are great. The Airport pick up service was great and well priced. Enjoyable all-round.

Some of the staff are a little unpolished. My check in could have been more charming. There was confusion about what was actually included for dinner... but all-in-all a great experience. Particularly at the excellent package price.

Friendly and helpful reception. Plenty of lifts. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The breakfast of hot and cold was good. Had an evening meal on the top floor and found the menu was limited, probably should have eaten in the main restaurant near the Casino.

The bathroom was a bit weird, a hanging large mirror with gaps around the side allowing view room entrance passageway. The carpet had seen better days and looked like it has never been cleaned. Wear and tear is evident in the room.

It was a wonderful experience in Namibia thanks to all the front desk and restaurant staff that served me. The facilities were great in terms of cleanliness and value for money. The location of the hotel was very good for me. It is central to most services that l needed. Thanks a lot to Caroline, Alta, Magdalena, and all the other staff members that l have forgotten their names, especially the lady who was doing room service.

Really comfy room, great location and skybar.

Sadly the view next door (into a big hole) is not great but no fault of the hotel. We were really disappointed with the restaurant dinner at Ekipa. Hugely expensive, ordered the wagyu beef, which was tough and poorly presented. Also had the chicken a prawn curry which appears to have been prepared with frozen ingredients. The restaurant is beautiful but the cooking is letting it down.

Big bedrooms and a great bar/lounge with a piano that was played. The staff were brilliant sorting out our booking for us. Thank you Violet. Allan was also a fabulous piano player.

There were no showers at all next to the roof top pool. Very bizarre. You have to return wet to your room via the lift. There is a spa on the roof so it shouldn’t be too difficult to arrange for a shower nearby for people using the pool

The property is centrally located in downtown Windhoek and there is pedestrian access to two shopping malls, the Zoo Park, restaurants, and the historical museum. The rooftop was a beautiful place to watch the sunset and relax. The room was incredibly comfortable - some of the best hotel pillows I can remember sleeping on. The food in the restaurant was very good with plenty of options. When my flight was cancelled, the hotel staff went above and beyond for me to make sure I was accommodated on short notice in a comfortable room at a great price. The staff was warm, courteous, and helpful. What a great place to enjoy a drink at sunset, sleep a restful night in a quiet room, and enjoy a delicious meal.

We stayed for 8 nights and it was basically the same breakfast all through. We got tired of the same food at some point. I suggest changing the recipe for the food for breakfast every 3 days at least.

Good clean and not noisy.

No door between toilet and room. Good for couples but not for family. A bit too expensive in Windhoek standard. The breakfast is not as lavish as I have experienced in other Hiltons. The staff didn’t allow my wife and son to checkin only because I went to drop off the car and the payment was not done! Seriously? I booked from booking.com and the booking already has a credit card linked to it! Bad gesture. Even though they finally gave the room before I arrived; but we didn’t like that hesitation part.

Location was very good. Food was well presented. Staff very professional and helpful.

The chairs in the dining room have collapsed, so you feel the frame when sitting. The floors are worn, as are the edges of the tables. The equipment in the gym is broken and old. Paying for nightly parking a personal dislike.

Very spacious room and open bathroom, nice rooftop pool and great gym. There is a wellness center with a nice offer of massages, manicure, pedicure, ecc.

Wifi does not seem to be working at all. After travelling in Namibia and meeting very kind people, the staff at Hilton Windhoek was by far the most unfriendly.
