2 of the nights we were there the guy at the front desk working the night shift he never acknowledged us when we came to get some info until after some time . And he was not welcoming when we did ask a question. But was friendly an welcoming to the white guests very attentive

the Hotel Team addressed my pre-arrival request, which arranged the room cleanliness in a perfect condition to my allergies, and the staff are super friendly, they are willing to assist with any issues. Especially thanks to the lady (I forgot the name) with glasses, she always put on a smile to welcome every guest, and appreciated Diego hospitality in accepting any request without hesitation.

Some staff attitudes are not inconsistent with the others, where one puts on a smile and the other tries to avoid eye contact. There is a little issue with our phone in the room, we had been told to wait for 5-10min. but turned out they came to fix after a day, which made me think their response was slow. Breakfast, can have a bit variety of the main.

I am from Brazil, and went there with my wife and 2 kids (age 4 and 6) - 3 nights. . The hotel is nice, well located. I truly recommend. for sure I will stay there if going to Panama City again. Breakfast is simple but good, starts at 6am which is very nice for me. Staff is very friendly, room is good and clean. The only low score was Wifi, get a 4G with you.

Wifi was terrible, we could not book a uber properly, neither work on anything. Every time i had to book a uber from lobby it was a nightmare. I had to keep connecting and disconnecting... or asking someone's hotspot. I regret of not buying a 4G at airport.

Augusto and Arnold are excellent staff members. Incredibly kind and dedicated to their work. Very professional. Additionally and noteworthy as well is Patricia and her coworkers. Thank you for the breakfast box. The room had a fantastic view, complementary water. However it was missing face cloths. Some furniture such chair and table could be handy.

The challenge of operating the television system should also be mentioned. Turning on the television and watching a show should be as easy as that. But not this system. Instead of contacting reception, a handbook would be really helpful and appreciated.

I received a great room with a great view. I could not have been happier inside my room. Everyone was very friendly for the most part. The location feels safe.

I was unable to get either TV to function. I was leaving in the morning in a hurry to get to the airport on time. When I checked out they were very distrustful of me and would not let me leave until they sent someone to the room to check it. They asked me what I used from the mini-bar and I told them honest answer. The person found my answer was true. So I waited a long time for their distrust. Like I would really travel all the way to Panama just to steal basic items from a hotel room, get real - I did not like this final part of my experience. You have my credit card on file, so just leave me alone and let me go. I am a hard-working international traveler, not a thief.

The ambiance was exceptional. The room was spacious which allowed for ease of movement. The room cleaning staff were very cordial and helpful.

Paying for bottled water after the complimentary supply was done. Other hotels replenished this necessity daily. Rather than stating a dislike, I would suggest 1. A grab bar installed in the bathroom 2. A non skid surface in the bathroom. 3. A facility guide/policy in the rooms 4. Meals menu in the room 5. Additional clothing storage... drawers

Novotel was a very decent hotel. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with quite a few options. I was greatly assisted by front desk staff especially Leonella (if I got the name right :)) The price for what it offered is certainly one I thought was decent. I enjoyed my stay there and particularly because of location & amenities.

Wished there were a pool & a better procedure to use the lifts because I had much difficulty getting the key to work which I had to have reset on numerous occasions.

Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and willing to assist when needed. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, coffee, juice with hot entries. Also custom omelettes to your request can be made fresh on the spot.

Inside the bathroom door, the door finish/trim had some wood veneer separation due to the moisture and humidity as I suspect some of the doors may be several years old.

The location to fabulous restaurants and the Metro, huge T.V. and great channel selection wonderfuliy comfy bed and bedding good sized cooler

The painfully slow and torturous check-in which lasted about 20 minutes, no pool, no gym, upper restaurant closed, bathroom door couldn't close properly and had to be locked, no plug for the basin, much water wasted waiting for hot water in shower and basin

The staff at Novotel was very helpful. The man in charge was able to get us a room immediately when we arrived back from our cruise even though it was only 10:30 AM. They arranged transportation for us which was excellent. The food in the breakfast buffet was very good, with a large variety of choices. We ate dinner, our first evening there, at the restaurant and we were very surprised and pleased with the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Novotel to anyone traveling to Panama City.
