The hotel is a perfect choice for families looking to relax. The spacious room, dining hall, playground, pool, small indoor play area, and game room, along with being just a 2-minute walk from the river, all contributed to a wonderful vacation. Having all the attractions so close together made the stay especially calm and easy with kids. The room was large and comfortable, and while not particularly stylish in design, it still felt very pleasant. Breakfast offered a wide and tasty selection, and dinner included an impressive variety of dishes to choose from.

Although most of the dinner dishes were tasty, a few could be improved in terms of flavor and quality. The room design was somewhat basic and could use a more modern touch.

The hotel charges its own clients for the parking, you know about it in advance but still, it’s disappointing Breakfast buffet ok but one time was enough given the price and the offer It’s a pity that the river isn’t directly accessible from the hotel (though it’s a very close walk) Balconies and windows could be much cleaner

Rooms were good standard and clean. 2 cots for our babies were provided with good bedding (not always the case in other places) Breakfast buffet was good, nice selection of hot and cold (not good coffee but rest was good) Food on ala carte restaurant menu varied and generally of good quality (expensive for Warsaw standards but not overly) Bar had a good selection of drinks and good service Pool and facilities were clean and good for the family

Parking is too expensive - for guests it should be free.

Location of this resort is amazing, its close to Warsaw but still feels like you are far away from city and in the middle of the nature, resort is located on huge estate and next to the river which is also accessible to hotel guests through a private gate. Its a family hotel with lot of things to do for the family which includes Swimming Pool, Gym, Jacuzzi, Spa, Mini Golf, Play Area for kids and possibility to rent bikes. We took breakfast plus dinner option in booking. Breakfast had a huge variety and also live cooking of pan cakes on weekend, on one of the nights we have dinner buffet and other we had an option to choose an appetizer and main course from the menu. Room size was quite big with a living room and big bedroom, there were two washrooms in the room, main washroom had both shower and bathtub. There were balconies in both living room and bedroom with outdoor furniture. There were big TV's in both rooms with an option to connect to different OTT apps from your phone.

On one of the dinner our server in the restaurant forgot about one of the main course, she remembered about the order only when we reminded so the chef tried to make the dish in rush which was visible in the quality of the dish, this was the only negative point during our stay, rest everything was fine.

excellent location, wonderful grounds, well kept, the Spa was great quality, the swimming pool area was clean and well maintained; I like the idea of refillable water bottles

the rooms are showing their age; the carpets don't look clean, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain, the vanity mirror in the bathroom was crooked and wobbly; breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality of food served, no option to order from a menu

Very nice hotel - clean, fresh, comfortable and spacious room. Super nice outside area, including rope park in the wood, children playground, golf field + mini golf facilities. Walking and breathing fresh forest air in the autumn is just amazing. Absolutely great breakfast (buffet), variety of choice, all fresh and tasty. The swimming pool is nice, an appropriate water temperature, not too cold for children. Hot saunas (wet and dry)!

It was cold in the changing room of SPA area. Just 4 deck-chairs next to the pool, we had to put our towels and robes on the floor :(

Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Resort. Staff was very helpful and supportive, outdoor activities to spend time with family, comfortable bed, and nice clean rooms, prompt room service - our bathroom sink was clogged but it was fixed in a matter of a few minutes. Lastly, food at the restaurant was simply beyond our expectations.

No slippers and bathrobes(whatever) One day restaurant denied to attend buffet on dinner only a la carte. Towel heater was not working in room.

The restaurant and F&B team are amazing and professional.

The reception team were not efficient to get me my room upon arrival and had to wait for 2 hours to check in. I had an issue with a lost bag at the airport, the reception team did not help on this except for a lady called Magdelina "I think" who tried all her best. I thank her.

The food was fantastic! We had HB set up and never regretted! Nice surroundings to have a ride or a walk. Very good pool.

We were put into the room for disabled and the specifics of the bathroom were not comfortable for us. There were some items missing in the room upon arrival, such as bathrobes and slippers. The hotel doesn't provide vanity sets.
