Based on one thing, my comments may be skewed. But I am extremely grateful for the hotel staff for carefully keeping my ring and stud earring which I accidentally left behind. I cannot thank them enough for doing so and I managed to pick them up hours after checking out. People who experienced losing items which mean so much to them will understand that feeling. Kudos to the hotel staff (the cleaner and the front desk team) and how the society operates in Japan in general. On a more objective note, the location is great for a night stay before one's flight. The city has some nice spots to offer and the hotel is a decent option for that.

Great location near the station and Tokoname Pottery Walk. Spacious room with plenty of natural light. Good value. On-site onsen (although didn’t use it). Friendly staff.

The pillows are hard so bring your own if you like a soft one.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to and from train station, spa facility on site, excellent breakfast (wasn't the same every day), supermarket was 5 minutes walk, and many tourist attractions close by.

A quiet hotel with hard working staff, that shows on how well kept, clean, organized, and accessible all the facilities are. The breakfast is beautifully served on a comfortable spot near the reception, with a variety of dishes that will meet any demand

The location was superb, only five mins to the train station and another ten minutes to the airport. The room was clean and comfy. Best breakfast so far. And thump up for the bathhouse.

Breakfast was good. Location so near from airport arriving late almost midnight. Also walking distance to Pottery Footpath to spend an hour before leaving for next destination.

Bed and pillow are top notch! Manmade onsen is also great. I love the chargers they provide in the room as well.

I hope the breakfast period can be extended to 9:30 or 10:00.

Breakfast quite good, dinner large and inexpensive, surprised to have room overlooking the train station&feel good to listen train passing by

Easy access to the train station and therefore the airport. There are two buildings, the second one is newer and nicer.

Excellent hotel close to the airport with amazing breakfast (even included!). Best Japanese breakfast I ever had in a hotel.
