Hotel was clean, room and bathroom was spacious, breakfast was good. Supermarket and McDonald's was just a few meters from the hotel. To get to Madrid by train one needs to walk 1.3 km to reach Getafe train station

It is a bit strange to find that a 4 star hotel does not provide coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Every time we had to come down to the recpetion to get hot water so that we could make our own tea in the room.

The hotel was in a convenient location. We used UBER for all our transportation needs, so it was only about a15-20 ride to all our destinations in Central of Madrid. There is a supermarket and Burger King and McDonalds in walking distance of about 3 minutes. I would stay here again in the future.

We were unable to figure out how to control the thermostat, but I also failed to ask for help. Also, if you are entering late at night, the gate is closed and only the gate on the right side while looking at the hotel has a button. That was bit of a rough experience.

The hotel is situated in Getafe, just outskirt of Madrid: very QUiet environment and clean space. There is ample parking space, so it will be perfect if you want to consider renting a car. There are buses and there is a metro so it is easy to move around. The rooms are really spacious, the bathroom is so clean and the staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was decent as they had coffee machines, fresh fruits and a typical European menu. There are supermarkets nearby and some nice restaurants within 1 or 2 km walking distance

Lovely big room with huge double bed, complimentary toiletries, including shaving kit, toothbrushes and toothpaste were very nice touch. Breakfast had a great choice. The location was good for travelling to Madrid, we took the train where the staff were very helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like but be aware that you can't fill your pockets with food from the breakfast selection if that's something you like to do also, bar and restaurant wasn't open when we got there as it was a Sunday.

I loved the complimentary water,apple, and marshmallows at the reception. Spacious room and bathrooms equipped with grooming kits were great. We had amazing help from the receptionist, particularly the one in the afternoon (after 4pm) on the first day of our stay who was very friendly and gave us great advice to move around the city. There was plenty of available parking where security is a number one priority.

Disappointed with restaurant meal (cod with ratatouille) fish was definitely cooked but cool in the middle and hot on outsides, sent back twice then went without, however, we were not charged for it and they apologised. Furniture could do with updating as a bit tired.

Inconsistent service quality. Room was cleaned every day, beds made, towels changed. But for some reason they always forgot to replenish the toilet paper and tea bags. And there were no coffee provided, not even the instant one… very unusual for a hotel. Location- far from everything, you need a car or a taxi

The room was lovely and spacious and clean and looked like the pictures. There was plenty of parking on site. Our room was tidied daily with new fresh, large towels. There was generally good sound proofing from any outside noise. The jug of fruit flavoured water in the lobby was nice. Really close to a supermarket, and about 20 minutes walk to the train station (not metro)..

For the price, it would have been good to include tea and coffee, either in the room or lobby. Overall, it was a very quiet room, but some rooms must have faulty doors that need fixing, as there were slamming doors that echoed through the building. They could be heard in the room and even down in the lobby. They slammed throughout the day and night.

Convenient hotel for an overnight stay. Our room was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, and the free car parking at the hotel was a nice plus.

When we arrived on a Friday evening, the restaurant was closed, which is surprising for a hotel that claims 4 stars. It was not a big deal however, as the Westfield Parquesur shopping mall is very close, with plenty of dining options.

-Clean room. -Spotless bathroom with excellent bathtub. -Room service top notch. -Quiet area. -Friendly staff. -The park nearby, and the views from the hotel are very nice.

-There was no electric kettle in the room. I did ask at the reception, they informed me that I could come and get hot water anytime. However that did not seem very convenient. -Not too many supermarkets or convenience stores nearby.
