Very clean room and facilities. Great breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Beach towels provided. My favorite part was chit chat with receptionists and the barman! Very nice people, I felt very welcome! There is a nice Mercadona within walking distance and a full sized hospital next door (hope you never need it, but still). I suggest you visit Sant Joan Despi town centre, it’s lovely.

Location us quite distant - in order to get to the Barcelona center, you need to either take a tram/bus then change to metro or walk for 20 minutes and take a train. Taxi is 20 EUR+ one way. If you have your own means of transportation, this hotel is simply perfect!

Room was modern, spacious, clean. Aircon was running softly, we could set the temperature. We didn't use the breakfast, but we had coffee and that was excellent. Good service! Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Also the outside patio area with swimming pool was nice. Sure, at the time we visited there was a heatwave, but it makes both staff and the ambiance so much more important. Much appreciated.

A regular "didn't like" is that most beds in most hotels are way too hard. These ones were okay, I suppose most people will find them comfy, I slept just fine without pain in neck, hips or shoulders.

Very good hotel, as almost all the Novotel hotels. Clean, big room, with working desk and sofa, tea-coffe in the room and water boiler, in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel of Rituals, polite personel, you can leave the luggage for some hours after checkout for free and get them later, you can reach the city center by bus, the bus station is close to the hotel, and the airport El Prat Barcelona is about 8km away. The people in reception call a taxi when you need. But you can go to the hotel by public bus even after midnight and the bus ticket costs only 2.40 euros (the taxi is very expensive these hours). I recommend it.

It is a bit away from the city center. Everything else was very good.

The hotel was simply amazing. Fresh, clean and sparkly. I was genuinely surprised, especially since I have a day before I have stayed in a hotel of the same chain in a different city, and it was quite disappointing. The staff was amazingly helpful, with perfect english (i am not a spanish speaker). I truly recommend this place!

Breakfast had an excellent variety of choices depending on one's preferences. they also accommodated for those Gluten Free and Dairy Free. The room was very clean. Staff was polite and friendly.

phone calls asking to clean the room, when we had it posted on the door not to disturb. The extra lock (chain) for the door had been pulled out of the wall and missing, so the door only had a key lock. there were some other signs of damage on the furniture--like a party gone wrong!

The reception staff and the bar staff were amazing. Not only were they friendly but they were willing to help with everything not just the hotel.

The location wasn't great for me I'm not saying it would t be great for everyone it just wasn't for me I was traveling by train and struggled massively to get a taxi to the train station when I was returning home. I have 3 Ubers cancel on my and made me miss my train which cost me over £100 I know this isn't the hotel's fault but feel like the location didn't help with me getting a taxi

Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check-in with no additional costs.

The rooms are a bit old. Some maintenance needed on TV connection, phone etc. Not related to the hotel, but if you are a visitor using Hola Barcelona card, please check which all buses you can travel on using the card. Many buses from this area are not covered (Especially yellow ones). It would be a good idea to check details in TMB website. However there are TRAM stations nearby that can be used + a few buses.

This hotel was a great value and perfect for our trip. We traveled to Barcelona for a concert and another event in the city. We parked at the hotel and took a taxi to the concert and then the next day drove to the other event in the city because we were leaving directly from there. We paid for a late check out and enjoyed the pool with the kids and I didn a few video meetings from lounge area outside the meeting rooms. The hotel is older but decently maintained, and the people we encounterd were all very nice, front desk, night security (he helped us with our bathroom sink - we couldn't find the leaver to open the drain) breakfast, pool, etc.! All the hotels were so expensive so this one worked out great for us!

I have spent one night at the hotel for a business-related meeting in a location nearby. The hotel was quick to reach from the airport by taxi, it was comfortable, clean an with a good breakfast. I would recommended it for a short stay if you need to be in this area or if you need to be closer to the airport.

Beautiful hotel, spacious and large rooms.

Unfortunately they had a power cut the day before and they couldn’t do our card keys so we had to be waiting to be taken up to our rooms. Congratulations to the staff for handling it so well. Location is out of the way.
