Although breakfast and dinner are buffet style, the food quality was surprisingly good. Usually buffet style food is Luke warm at best, the food we had for 2 dinner days was always warm to hot. The choices were plentiful, from Sashimi, Sushi to Pizza, really something for everybody. The outside bath (rotenburo) is at an excellent location, very romantic, especially to watch the sunrise over the sea.

Restaurant uses plastic spoon and folks. This feels cheap and reduces the overall experience. For that price, regular cutlery should be expected. The beer price is far too high. 900¥ for a glass of beer in a buffet style setting is too high. Room No. 129 has a plastic odor, probably freshly renovated, but it is disturbing to smell upon entering.

The buffet was amazing, there were so many options from different cuisines & almost everything was very delicious. The hotel premises and rooms were super clean and well maintained, almost like it was brand new. I stayed in the traditional tatami room, it was huge & very stylish. The ocean view was breathtaking. The onsen area was huge & very modern, there was also an outer area with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly. There is a free shuttle bus between Atami station & the hotel.

Outdoor bath was great. The room was clean and big. The bedding is soft and very nice. The ocean view was amazing.

There was only one outdoor bath and it alternates men and women everyday. It was already dark when I got in so i missed the ocean view with day light. The indoor bath was a strange design with huge and long slope which was slippery and dangerous for my old mother. The buffet meal quality was not great. But It’s ok.

The view was very nice as well as the onsen. The open-air bath was really nice while viewing the sun rise over the vast ocean. Nice spacious japanese style rooms.

Breakfast and Dinner buffet has variety however, the food was so-so. Which isn't great for Japan where everything is so good. No/Little Wifi.

The hotel have amazing view at the ocean.We've had beautiful japanese style room which was clean, spacious and comfortable.We could even pick our yukata's after checking in. The whole staff was lovely and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner included in price.Since it was buffet style we could try and enjoy many things and everything was delicious. The hotel have pretty open air-bath , inside onsens , pingpong Room and even Karaoke available! Perfect spot for relaxing trip in such wonderful city.Would go again for sure.Thank you hotel staff for wonderful stay.

The food is very good. the room is big and comfortable and had great view. Its big hotel but its very quiet. There is manga corner next to the onsen. The onsen has 3 levels with varied water temperatures. There are additional facilities like karaoke room and ping pong.

sadly the outdoor onsen turned out to have alternating days for women and men. when i visited it was women only, it is attraction i wanted to enjoy at this hotel the most.

Well situated and with a beautiful view! The staff the food and the environment are very nice.

The gender schedule for the onsen was a little complexe and unadapted for our needs! There is no wifi in the rooms.

It's a hidden jem. The room had a beautiful view and was comfortable. The selection of yukatas upon the check-in and open-air onsen with a sea view were the main highlights of our stay. Getting there is a bit of a hustle, I'd recommend sending your luggage directly to the hotel or to your next destination (we stayed one night) if it's heavy.

Breakfast is buffet style. There are a lot of options with both western style and Japanese food.

The room is old fashioned and could use updates, especially the bath in the room.

Wonderful sea view from the room. Convenient shuttle bus from train station. Nice outside Onsen.

Buffet food: a bit of everything for everyone's taste but not of highest quality.
