At first we so worried it’s going to be like a typical “ love hotel “ type of room because it’s located next to one. However once we enter the room, we were so surprised to see how clean and spacious it was. It wasn’t what we expected. It also has a small working space. Plus it has a nice little onsen at the top floor which you can enjoy the view of beautiful views of Beppe town at night.

The management should have told us about the parking system. The onsen bathroom’s wash area is too narrow. You have to be careful when you open the door. This place is good for those who are coming by car.

Huge rooms with comfortable beds. Nice cafeteria on 2nd floor for eating. Laundry includes detergent but budget extra time for drying clothes because the combo unit doesn’t dry fast. The rooftop bath is amazing. It overlooks the city and ocean. Plenty of free parking. Quick drive to Hells of Beppu. Not far to get to downtown either.

Wonderful facilities but there really isn’t anything to walk to nearby. I do not recommend staying here unless you have a car like us.

The apartment had its own parking space undercover. The rooms were spacious, clean , beautiful bathroom with large bath. They had free massage chairs on the second floor, the room where you could get drinks and a microwave. Had a good view of Beppu. The Onsen was on the roof which had an open view of the sea. Absolutely brilliant place to use as a base

Parking next to the entrance to our room, spacious room, open air bath, common space with vending machines (drinks, snacks, cup noodles), new and modern design.

Location, no utensils or plates in the kitchen, very small toilet room.

Good sized room. Excellent facilities and easy access.

The room was big and comfy. I felt like it is a new building. Facilities were new too.

Clean, self contained rooms with good facilities in common areas

Floors were always cold - even with the room heater set at 30 degrees al day and night the floor was still cold. Even the hot spring water wasn’t warm enough

It was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Steep stairs from the parking lot. It was hard to carry some heavy luggage up to the room. No elevator access from outside parking lot. The rest room was so tiny and my knee was touching the wall. The roof top hot spring was so small and crowded. The temperature of hot water was so low and I could not stay for even five minutes. I felt so cold with a strong wind. I did not know how to contact with the hotel staff in order to fix this issue like a checking in tablet error due to the contactless policy. The mini kitchen in the room was useless. The vending machine area had a note with security camera to let us know that they were watching the guests for not taking the plates or extra utensils, etc……..It was a total disappointment and it was not worth to the price. I could stay at the better hotel with similar price. Never again.
