The location was a decent walk away from the nearest train station but other than that the location was amazing. In a quite little area of Osaka. There are local food places all around and in a pinch there is a Family Mart across the street as well. The building itself is in great condition though the lounge area is a bit small so don't expect many people to be there sitting around. The room was fairly spacious and plenty room to lay down your suit case and each room has air conditioners though you will need to turn it on yourself so don't be shy. The rooms with the AC on keep a good ambient temperature which is amazing. The beds were pretty alright too a little tough but nothing to bad.

My friend and I stayed in the mixed dormitory on the 3 floor sadly there is no elevator so if you have heavy bags be prepared for a work out. As well if you are staying on the third floor and are in section B you will need to go down to the first floor to shower which was annoying The beds are fairly open so sadly if even one person in the entire room starts to snore you will be hearing it for the rest of the night so bring some ear plugs 9 times out of 10 you will need them.

This Hostel is located walking distance to Mt. Fuji train station and lots of little restaurants. The three of us stayed in the private 4 bed bunk bed room. Each bed had a little reading lamp, outlet to plug into and privacy curtains. The mattress was very comfortable and the blankets were nice and warm. Our room also had an air conditioner which was helpful for the humid rainy day we had. The public shared bathroom, shower and sinks were very clean and stocked with a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tooth brushes! Our host was a quiet person but he was very kind and was always around taking care of things. He also baked fresh bread every day which was amazingly delicious and made the whole building smell good. We met some great people while we were there having dinner in the common area. Everyone was so friendly and excited to share tips on where they had traveled to. Highly recommend this hostel and especially the bread!

They even provide amenities like towels, toothbrush, razor. Very friendly staff who takes care of the property and also he bakes yummy, hot and soft bread with butter and jam. This along with tea/coffee is complimentary for guests. Strong wifi throughout. Highly recommended to stay here.

It's a hostel, so you have to evaluate it in that way. It's the best hostel I've ever been to, everything was clean, they had all the amenities and more, the a/c is great, check-in/check-out is smooth, and they have one of the best bread I've eaten in my life, which you can eat for free with butter, peanut butter and 2 types of jam that are also free. They had bananas and sweets, coffee, matcha, tea, creamer and all the seasonings your can think of.

wifi was quite slow, so not ideal for remote workers the slippers you're supposed to use indoors had a bad smell, even though I got them from the disinfected pile

Stayed here for a night before and a night after hiking Mt. Fuji. Check in was easy and straight forward. Woke up to a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from my bedroom window. The location of the hostel is great since it is close to multiple bus stops. The place was clean and comfy. The owner bakes homemade bread every night for guests which is very sweet. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

Lovely charming little hostel, with everything you need. It was very clean especially the shared bathrooms and toilets which was really nice. The small kitchen area is well equipped and there is coffee and tea, homemade delicious bread and bananas for free. Owner was really helpful and also allowed us to use the phone for free. Thank you

Unfortunately the shared facilities like bathroom / washing area is in the middle of the alley so you can hear everything inside the rooms when some is washing is hands, brushing teeth or drying hair. Only the shower and toilet are in separate rooms. Especially when someone uses the facilities really early in the morning or late in the evening.

Upon early arrival we were checked in immediately and quickly to our room. Found the place a little outdated but very eclectic and super clean compared to the hotels we stayed at. Our beds were comfortable and the washrooms were very clean and smelled nice and fresh. Toiletries were also available in the washing area. The day after we were met with freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread. The location was very convenient - close to the train station as well as a short walk to honcho street. Other guests were very quiet and courteous. Overall the stay far exceeded my expectation!

The hostel keeper did not interact with us as much, but otherwise no negative comments or feedbacks.

I had an epic direct view of Fuji-san outside my window on the 2nd floor (though this won't be for every room). Beds were very comfortable and shared bathrooms were kept very clean. Location is great, 5-10 min walk from the station.

Walls are a little thin, so you can hear your neighbours and people tended to be getting up from about 6am, but it's not a party hostel and everyone was very quiet and respectful.

One of our favourite hostels we've ever stayed in! So cosy and comfy and in a great location about 5 mins walk from Fujisan Station. Our favourite part was that the owner baked fresh bread every day which we could help ourselves too! Great value for money and we would absolutely love to stay again if we had the chance.
