Highly recommend this place. First of all amazing location - massive port with various lovely cafeterias and nice food stores. Waterfront literally in 50m, you can see the sea from the window, not much, but still very nice. Outstanding sunsets. From the main train station it takes 15-20min walk, as well as to the most attractions and shopping areas. To get to the place by bus is easy, you need to take bus #99 which goes to Chikko Honmachi. Super easy, goes from platform F across the station right to the hotel, approx.7-9 stations - about 10 min. Plus super convenient If you go to SK afterwards, it’s right next to the ferry. Check inn was super easy, it is a computer system, you just scan passport and sign. All in English. Keys will wait for you at the door. Room had everything you need, comfortable bed, washing mashing, 2 towels, tub, balcony and kitchen. I stayed for 1 week so it was enough supplies, not much, but all you need. Staff responding immediately, you will have a tablet for the communication. Internet worked well.

I saw that one apartment facing the rubbish bins, might be not the most pleasant room. Bathroom is small for tall and heavy people. For me was fine, I am 5,4 (162cm). Dry smell in the room, you have to leave balcony open. I didn’t spot mould, so not sure.

I needed a place near the ferry and this was walkable. It was comfortable and quite high tech. It has+d everything I needed for my short stay.

I struggled to get in because I wasn't given my room information (door number) on the computer check in, and of course there was noone to ask. Eventually I knocked on a door with fresh sheets hanging on the handle as I assumed that must be my room and an american guy answered and was able to speak to someone from the company from his room and help me get it sorted. I'm not sure what what I'd have done otherwise as I didn't have wifi.

The Location. For the price you pay for the room, you get an excellent position near the main town. 4 minutes walk to the river bank, 15 to the main area with food stall and the beautiful view of the river. Everything during checkout was smooth. No staff, everything automated.

The lack of room cleaning for trips of multiple days. Bathroom could do with a bit more hands on and a deep clean.

Even though there is no on-site staff, I felt accommodated when I reached out via the in room tablet and they spoke enough English to get by. The wall projector had free tv streaming services! I wish I had the foresight to book a longer than one week stay, but at the time I was nervous booking at an unmanned hotel. I will return next year after learning for myself!

The washroom had no stable shelf space for electric toothbrush, razor, etc. The floor in the toilet creaked a little bit but no big deal.

the room is clean, the facilities & amenities are working fine. when we found out the hairdryer isn't working, we immediately sent a chat using the room tablet, and they immediately sent a replacement. we so love the projector!

the property isn't that close to a train station, though we love walking. it's kinda hassle when you have huge luggages.

there is no such system here and it's made everything tech-savvy. This is not so easy to bear with despite we have done so much to link with the cosmos. A great leap in mankind is defined by mixing with each other and sharing human value system.

Having no one at the reception and too much of tech-based services are not akin to human civilization. There could be a situation where human touch and adaptability to share some ethos would be of great value, which were missing.

It was clean and the bonus point is the beamer, so you can watch Netflix and TV on the wall.

The property is listed as 4 starts but I think that’s a bit exaggerated - it’s a nice small flat made for a short stay, but nothing too fancy. The location is not too far from the center, but getting back in the evening takes quite a long time with not that many buses and quite some walk. The bathroom had a leakage so if you used a sink the water was running down on your legs and the whole floor was wet.

It is a nice apartment with everything you need close to the ferry port and the water. It was clean, there is a beamer and good wif fi. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is a washing machine too and some detergent.

It is rather far to public transport and it might be rather cold without aircon due to the thin blanket. Furthermore, the key has to be picked up at another place faraway from the apartment. Still, it is one of the well-equipped apartments

Very good value for the price. Location to the World Aquatics World Championship venue was excellent!

Top of closet where we stored our luggage and gifts was very dusty. Could have more hangars in closet, hot pad for cooking and a few kitchen towels or paper towels.

The location was nice near the waterfront, not too far from the centre for us, we walk a lot. We also really enjoyed the projector light, really nice touch

Tad small in kitchen area, but fine for a few days.
