Easy to find and get to - tram from the train station and 3 minutes walking. Simple check-in and friendly host. Extra toiletries and towels available as needed in the lobby. Super comfortable beds!! Very clean unit, easy to use w/d, lots of space, great hot water and shower pressure. Perfect location for a few minutes walk to ropeway to Mt Hakodate. If you like hiking there are a lot of hiking trails connecting from the base of the ropeway all the way over to Tachimachi Point. Great views from the apartment of the mountain day and night. Lovely quiet neighborhood but also easy to walk to the morning market and red brick warehouse area. I highly recommend this place!

Nothing. perfect stay for 2 people in apartment 302. It could accommodate more people as long as you are okay with sharing 1 bathroom.

Location was quiet, away from the most touristy areas, and within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery, and shops. Our apt was VERY clean and well-organized! Comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. We were able to easily make and reheat a couple of meals. The combo laundry (w/d) was super helpful! Check-in was smooth and the staff were responsive to texts - very friendly and helpful.

Young children in a neighboring apt were quite noisy one morning, but as soon as we alerted staff, they reached out and it was quiet again. :)

The building is really well centered, close to the tramway line and the historical area of Hakodate. We've got the simple studio on the 1st floor that is quite big. Very cosy and confortable - a warm apartment in winter, not noisy despite the 2 streets crossing upfront. Very large and good beds, a confortable cough, a big table and a nice kitchen. And a nice bathroom with separated and well equipped toilet. So a really good apartment.

A few details: Despite the good mail exchange, no direct welcome nor contact. No ingredients at all in the kitchen (even salt or pepper...). And a quite poor set of equipments for cooking. And at the end, we missed the "panoramique" aspect on our this 1st floor studio.

It was a very spacious, clean, and tidy apartment. The beds are super comfortable. There was an electric massage chair in the room and we really enjoyed it after a long day of walk. The host was extremely friendly and informative. The property is close to the cable car station and it is a plus if you plan to visit the Mt. Hokadate.

The property has no escalator. It will be a bit inconvenient for travelers who carry large pieces of luggage.

Love everything about this place. It really felt like home. Not to far from tram station. Easy check-in. Helpful host. The apartment was superb. Cozy house, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Washer & dryer were very helpful. Massage chair was really a bonus after tiring day exploring Hakodate. Short walk to seaside to catch the glorious sunrise. I'm always happy when I visit Hakodate. We had a wonderful 2 nights stay here. Thank you.

Condominium exceeded all expectations from the start, the staff were fantastic- happy and accommodating even with the language barrier! The location is fantastic and near everything you’d need in walking distance or easily accessible public transport. The apartment itself was clean and very spacious, we particularly loved the comfort of the futon room and bonus- a massage chair. Freezer was stocked with complimentary microwaveable meals and the beds made beautifully with a set of pajamas for us each to enjoy. All in all, we loved our stay and would 100% rebook should we ever head back to Hakodate :)

There was no washing product, which is completely fine, but I would like to know before because usually the washing liquid is provided.

The apartment was spacious and near a tram stop. The kitchen was well outfitted.

Essentials like oil, salt, pepper and sauces are not provided, limiting what we can cook.

The unit we stayed in is huge, clean, and comfortable! Our family of 8 had a great time here. Location was great, close to the churches of Motomachi and Mt. Hakodate.
