The location of the hotel looks a little odd from the outside, residential area with quite a few car parking buildings around, But don’t let that put you off, it is a lovely quiet area. This hotel truely is fantastic.Easy to get to from Hiroshima train station, no 2 or no 6 tram stop 5 minute walk to hotel. It has a few really cool local restaurants and amazing coffee place around the corner on the river. And it is a ten minute walk from the hotel to peace park and city area. The room was amazing, huge for 3 adults, with a lounge area. Big bathroom and lovely toiletries, very generous with towels and super clean. Our room had a view of a temple, surrounded by high rises. It was the cheapest of our hotel bookings and way exceeded our expectations. Loved the hotel, awesome stay. Thank you hotel cla-ss.

Excellent location! Very clean and spacious rooms. It also has a traditional Japanese style bathroom. I really like that the common room had a map of the sites and restaurant locations with brief descriptions. The hotel is with in a easy walking distance to the castle, shrines, the Hiroshima Bomb memorial, and great restaurants. The hotel has excellent security features as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, but for the most part, it runs on a 'check yourself in and out' basis. Overall, excellent stay.

Nothing I didn't like, but just a fore warning, the hotel staff is pretty much "out of sight, out of mind." Not in a bad way, just to give the guest more privacy. I'd imagine.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was huge. Living room area / mini kitchen/ two giant beds - fabulous bath/ shower room. Amazing! Walking distance to atomic dome / peace park etc. Great shower room. Rental e bikes outside- quiet neighborhood. Fabulous!

Everything was great. The beds sick directly on a box spring directly on the floor. Might be too low and too soft for some. Self check in via a tablet with a live person to check I.D. A bit confusing as Japanese instructions were on the screen. This is only after hours though.

We stayed in great hotels throughout our trip but this one was the very best. The room was perfect—roomy, with comfortable beds, an area to make tea and coffee, a great shower, and a sofa to sit on. The room was spotless and it was so nice to have a separate sink and fridge for making coffee, tea and breakfast. There was also coffee and tea and a microwave to use in a common area that we took advantage of most days. The location was fantastic==near many tramp stops, the river, the Peace Park, and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. But the very best thing was that was the free self service laundry. After two weeks in Japan, it was wonderful to get our clothes clean. And there were laundry racks to put in the shower in your room and a special heating thingie that dried everything you didn’t want to put in the dryer. So many hotels discourage you from doing laundry, but this hotel made it easy for you and we were very thankful. The price for three nights was amazingly reasonable, especially after Tokyo and Kyoto, and the rooms were twice as big.

It's a really good hotel. Location is great as it's at walking distance from the main points of interest, and restaurants/shops, while in a quiet street. We had a family room and there was enough space, and there's a good size fridge and disposable bowls and plates, glasses and coffee cups, and a sponge and dishwasher soap - finally a hotel room where you can eat simple food and clean properly. There's a small common room downstairs where you can have coffee,, take ice and grill bread, and there's also a generous offer (for lending or for free) of chargers, amenities, slippers etc which comes super handy. When we arrived, it was too early for check-in but the woman at reception said we could leave our luggage and she would put it in our room (which she did). Really, a very pleasant experience.

Not a lot of day light in the room in the afternoon but we really didn't mind as we didn't stay much in the room during the day. That said it was very bright from early in the morning (from 5am). Take your eye mask :-)

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the check-in / check-out process was quite easy. We had a virtual reception where we were given our hotel room and key code over the screen. They had free laundry machine service which a nice touch. I liked that that they had umbrellas for sale at the lobby area, and a place store your luggage. We had 6 people in our group and was great that we got rooms next to each other. There were no staff on site when we arrived late in the evening at the hotel, everything was done over a tablet with a camera, so that was unique

The elevator for my elderly parents were a bit small and could only fit 2-3 people in there but this was super minor..

Very spacious and clean (living room, kitchen and bedroom.) This was great for a family of 5 with small kids. Really good value for this kind of place! Almost felt bad that we stayed just one night.

Really had to dig deep to find a negative. Parking was not included, but this is a very small complaint as there are many coin parks close to the property. If you really want a hotel breakfast, this is not the place for you since it is not provided. There are plenty of places to eat close enough and also the kitchen in your room has the basics you need if you prefer to make your own food (which we did)

So glad we picked this hotel for our last stay in Japan. After five other hotels in other cities this was the best of them all. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the room seemed spacious compared to others. The beds were the most comfortable of all the hotels...not hard rocks and the facilities, small fridge, microwave and hot pot were convenient. The shower was awesome with plenty of towels. Downstairs they provided even more!--ice, coffee, more glasses, etc. So much care. Oh and even free laundry! The location is excellent for walking to Peace Park and many other of the attractions. Did I mention how glad we were to stay here???

The only "room for improvement" we could offer would be to replace or fix the small love seat in the room. It was low to begin with and when we sat we just about sank to the floor. Needs better support. But everything else was great.

What a great stay we had! Main things to like: - Very large room, really well equipped with everything we needed. Modern, clean, tastefully decorated... Perfect! - Friendly staff (when present) - Amazing value for money! Hard to beat. - Quiet location, but lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and in walking distance to main attractions

- Staff wasn't always present at reception, and anyone can get into the hotel lobby by simply entering a code... Not great for security, and especially considering suitcases are left locked by the entrance before check-in. That being said, they do have security cameras & we didn't have any problems!
