Without question the stupendous views in the bar/restaurant on the 37th floor over 270 degrees are the main attraction here. Very nice place for a drink or coffee although neither are cheap, but which is partially made up for by old style service. Very funny as if you are in 5* hotel of 30 years ago. Of course the main attraction of the hotel is its excellent location for the memorial park and various retail streets.

The hotel is dated (particular the lobby and rooms). Still has an FM radio and build in alarm clock. But since everything works and is clean its not an issue, just a peek back in time which is a bit awkward .....

The room size is actually very spacious compared to other hotels and airbnbs we have been in Japan. A full sized cot (not a travel or portacot) was also provided for our baby and despite that there was still plenty of space. It did seem like an older hotel and some furniture and facilities seemed dated, but they were well maintained and functionally of no issues. The breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was excellent. The location was also very convenient for us - the ferry stop where we took the ferry to Miyajima Island was a 10 minute walk, and the peace memorial park and museum were also in a very close walking distance. And the VIEW from our room!! Fantastic.

Very posh and grande Hotel with above average sized rooms. We had a room on the 23rd floor with fabulous views south and over the Peace Park. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Castle, Museum, Atomic Dome Ruine and Peace Park. Easy ride on Tram2 or 6 from Station. Superb choice for breakfast, Japanese and International dishes, excellent coffee. Choice of 3 places for breakfast. Luore Restaurant excellent for dinner. Only disappointment was that the Spa and large indoor pool where charged separately and with a charge of 4.400 Y (ca 25£) for just 2 hours for pool, gym and spa, it was not an option. This considerable additional cost ought to be displayed properly on the Booking.com site!!!

Very nice hotel close to the Peace Park, everything was great and the room had a beautiful foliage view of the Art Museum and the city. It is not a personal hotel so don’t except warm welcome but kind of a 80’s comfort with all amenities. Comfortable beds, nice pajamas. Decent pricing. We stayed 1 night without breakfast. Got there at 3pm, went for 1.5 hours to the bomb Hiroshima monument then took a ferry from there (motoyasu pier- Aqua net ferry) to Miyajima, got there at 17:30 when all the tourists leave so we had the Torii gate to ourselves with all its beauty, had great sushi (the town is dead at night but one high end sushi place) and came back to the hotel with the general ferry and then the local tram.

Location: sandwiches between the castle and the peace memorial park, not only is the location perfect, but the views breathtaking. Rooms: Compared to any Japanese hotel, the rooms are huge. The antique finish and furniture adds glamour to the stay. Staff: Beyond polite, and quite jovial. Always ready to help.

Facilities: Iron is not provided in the rooms, despite an ironing board. Microwave oven is only at the reception, and should be provided on every floor.

The hotel is luxurious in the best way. They have nailed the small details from having the nicest quality bathrobes we experienced on our trip to great customer service from the staff to the great bars and restaurants in the hotel itself. Its location really can't be beat and the view from the upper floors is incredible. This hotel made our stay in Hiroshima all the more special and I couldn't recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting this city.

those with vertigo issues or ear pressure problems may have issues on the higher floors and in the elevator.

Beautiful hotel - very large rooms. We stayed in the Executive Rooms and some friends were in the regular sized twin rooms. All rooms were very large. Very comfortable beds. Large bathroom. We did the executive breakfast one day (quite a luxury) and chose the main floor breakfast another day - both were excellent - great food. The hotel is a perfect location to the bus terminal - we arrived by bus from another city and also took the airport bus when we departed - excellent. The views from the rooms were incredible. The location is also walkable to the castle and to the atomic bomb ruins.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean with fresh coffee and tea making facilities. It was very central to everywhere in the city. We had a sick son and we were able to check in early which was really appreciated. Would definitely stay there again and refer others to the hotel.

Everything! We walked from the train station to the hotel and you can see this tall hotel from a good distance. An impressive entrance led to a large reception where staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room on the 27th floor was amazing, large, comfy and with a corner view overlooking a good portion of the city. Located centrally, the peace park is within easy walking distance, as is the castle and lots of shops. Breakfast was busy, but as expected of high quality and selection. Would love to stay here again.

Spectacular view from our room, and very comfortable beds. Everything is walkable from this location.

I have food allergies and the hotel dinner and dessert buffet was a struggle. They had a very thorough allergen menu, but offered me the wrong day's menu. I was surprised to find there were many safe dinner and dessert options, only to discover that none of the foods listed were available on the buffet. I ended up paying the adult buffet price for steamed rice and one safe protein, and was unable to eat any desserts. That was a big disappointment.
