I loved my stay at Pine Tree! The price is right for a very comfortable stay. Although I never met a host, communication is excellent through Booking. The Japanese one bedroom (think futon and sliding panel door) is excellently appointed and super close to the Peace Park. It's true that you need to climb stairs to get to your unit, but if you're willing to climb to your own apartment, it's an excellent place to stay during your Hiroshima visit.

The floors creak a little, but I didn't hear anyone in the whole building.

very good customer service we had a problem with the washroom and I contacted their customer service at 10pm we received immediate response and was relocated in just 45 minutes very very much appreciated their room has great location, near to streetcar station, it was clean and tidy, got a neat kitchen, reasonable price

Location! Very close to the tram that is not many stops on a direct route from the main station, and the same longer line that terminates at the ferry wharf across to Miyajima. A very functional and comfy little studio with good facilities and comfortable mattresses. There's a lounge seat in the main room! Easy walk to local eateries and the convenience store. Not a luxury hotel, but certainly a large studio by Japanese standards, and happily liveable as a several day base for exploring the local attractions. We really liked it.

An abundance of stairs that are narrow and steep. Not a complaint, just a warning that if your bags are large, and your knees are worn out from touring, it's a big climb to the top floor, but fine once you settle in. Self check in was a bit daunting, more due to inexperience that any great difficulty in the actual process.

Great location close to trams, Peace Park and ferry terminal to Miyajima island. Lots of space for the family. Great to have WiFi, Netflix, and a washing machine. Easy self check-in if you've pre-registered. Easy check out. Accommodation was pre-heated for our arrival.

Mattress springs were a bit uncomfortable. A topper might help.

The room is small but very clean. The location to Peace Memorial park is only 5 minutes.

Not a elevatored building. You can have carry your own luggage to 3 or 4 floor

Right at a tram stop and next to Atomic Museum.

No table and chairs. Lounge very low, so hard to get up. Stairs narrow and steep. 3rd floor and I'm 79. Room a little cold, even with heating fully on. Couldn't change language on TV. Balcony not useable.

The room is small but very clean. For a 1 night stay, it's comfortable. The price is reasonable for such a good location.

There's no elevator in the building. Good luck carry your luggage to the 4th floor on narrow stairs.

The apartment-esque room was nice. Much more spacious than expected given the staircase up lol.

The stairs were a bit rough.

the beds were comfortable. Nice TV. Nice living room. Bathrooms were very clean.

The shower room had a bad smell the whole time. Probably from the drain.
