Spacious and comfortable and well decorated apartment. Large by Japanese standards and enough space for two people and their suitcases. Futon was available for a third but it may have been abit squeezy. Bathroom was very spacious and separate toilet is handy. Within 15 minutes easy walk to the bomb hypocentre park and 2 minutes walk to either of 2 tram stations. Had the bottom floor which was ideal with suitcases. Air conditioning, humidifier, tv and microwave available. In a more quiet area and lots of handy convenience stores within short walking distance.

Self checkin was a little daunting but we managed in the end. No lifts so ask for ground floor if you have heavy suitcases. Shower took abit of getting used to as it was meant to be used outside the bathtub. Could have done with an extra hook in the bathroom area. Be aware that it is about 20-30 minutes by tram from Hiroshima station.

I recommend this hotel for a family of 4 visiting Hiroshima. It's not too far from the streetcar, the room is large, with separate toilet and bathroom. And it was very clean with comfortable bed and sofa. There was even a video projector!

No staff for check in and check out, they are all done on a tablet. But we managed to have our luggages stored on the first floor before check in, however no one put these in the room for us when we came back in the evening.

The beds were very comfortable, I enjoyed how the hotel was a bit smaller than big corporate ones, so it felt like I was in a home/apartment in Japan. A little upset there was no way to wash clothes/do laundry, but for the short duration I was there, definitely worth it.

It is a bit far out from certain siggtseeing places, but the streetcar and bus stops are close by as long as you know how to utilize those!

Very clean, good location, relatively good size room

The hotel check-in and check-out process is 100% automated. You get immediate assistance by sending a message to the host, but there is no one to ask for a recommendation or local information . We wanted to store our luggage for a few hours and it wasn't possible at the hotel location. The host made another hotel available close to the train station but this wasn't practical - I expect luggage storage on-site.

It was very clean and had an authentic Japanese feel. The projector on the roof was amazing. We were able to watch movies together as a family, projected on the wall. Also the bathroom was amazing. We were able to wash a few items in the bath and the bath room converted into a dryer.

N9thing. Loved everything. Everything in Hiroshima that we wanted to see was within walking distances.

the room was very clean and a good size. Room for 4 people with seating area as well. Microwave, good wifi, fridge made it a very convenient room for a family to return to after a long day sight seeing.

The check in process was complicated, having to enter all the details ourselves and scan passports. no human interaction at all. other than that a great place to stay

Clean room, great facilities including the projector. We especially appreciated the fantastic restaurant recommendations in the guidebook in our room! This is an uncrewed hotel but instructions were quite clear so the check-in was quick and smooth.

Everything was great. Location, information, amenities. Even had to change date last minute and the staff obliged swiftly via email. Bath was amazing. Neighbourhood central and tranquil

The beds were not beds - just two mattresses stacked on one another not offering great support. Not sure why this is but could do with a rethink. Still 10/10 stay.

The room is so cozy. The check-in instruction is very clear. It took us less than 10 min to complete the check-in and obtained the room pin. Took streetcar from hiroshima stn and aligned near to the hotel. You can walk to the peace park within 15min.
