This little apartment was perfect for our stay in Ishigaki. We loved being able to cook for ourselves, and there are a few supermarkets within about 20 minutes’ walk. The amenities were great—TV, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, and kettle :)

The stove is just a single burner, so it is a bit tricky to make meals quickly unless you just put everything into one pot. There was just one small pot and one pan to cook with, and there was no rice cooker.

Having a wash machine and a dryer was super convenient. Door lock with a PIN code is also great, there is no worries to loose the key somewhere on the beach. Close to the property, there is everything: good restaurants, good bakery, h24 supermarket, donki, convenient store,… that is super great!

The garbage boxes are not enough big for a family of 5. There is no baby bed available.

This is a two story apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is good. The location is in a quite area near the sea and there is there shopping nearby The apartment is larger than most apartments you can book in Japan and is more like a small house. I was able to relax here and concentrate on my work so a very nice place for a very low price

Really great place to stay! The living room/kitchen is separated from the bedroom. Great if somebody wants to go sleep and the other doesn' t. Location is close to the bus stop, some nice izakayas, kombini and even Donky are in the area. Nearest beach is 15-20 min by walk.

Directly in the front of the apartment there is a parking lot, which it seemed to me quite noisy.

A ton of floor space. Super good value. Had a good washer and dryer. Right next to a donki. Very clean. Great customer service

Had to keep quiet, no laundry at night. The doors in the bathroom were in a weird arrangement so you had to zigzag through them. The beds were mediocre and very creaky, their springs were super loud every time you moved. The upstairs A/C was not nearly as cool as the first floors. Making the room not as good as I'd like since all of the hot air rises and it isn't cooled down as much.

wifi is great. the apartment is generally quite well equipped and comfortable. i met the cleaning staff twice and they were so lovely. very friendly and polite and they spoke a little english too, which was awesome. love that you don't need a key and can just use the code, really handy. check-in system is easy to use and convenient

if you would like to cook for yourself it's a bit difficult as the only pot there is tiny and there's only one induction cooker. it would be nice if there were butter knives too. overall the kitchen is lacking in equipment a bit for a longer stay, but for short stays i would say it's fine. would also be nice if there was soap in either of the bathrooms, but i am lucky i had my own. definitely easier to have a car if you stay here. thankfully i could borrow my girlfriend's bicycle some days. can hear neighbours easily, but only had someone in the apartment next to me for two out of nine nights and they were respectful guests

Huge apartment with heaps of space and great value for money. Walking distance to a nice beach down the road

Every other accomodation had instructions on day and multi day passes wich I wish we had here cause you need a bus to get anywhere and we payed heaps on bus tickets until our next accomodation told us we can buy passes. So a little info on that would be great for other guests.

The washing machine and dryer were great after a day of snorkeling! The location is convenient if you have a car and the rooms are big. The price was very reasonable! The wifi is very fast. I like that it’s self check-in. The shower had excellent pressure and we appreciated the two toilets!

The walls between each apartment are thin and the stairs are very creaky, so if you have loud neighbours it can get a little frustrating if they walk up the stairs a lot. The mattresses are a little uncomfortable

Facilities all worked - except the kettle at the very beginning (which problem was quickly fixed by Yumi Takagi, thank you!)

The check-in process was a little complicated for first-time user - including how to obtain the WiFi in our Room. (Some knives, to eat with, would be useful - for Western guests also). (Your information inside the Room states that towels would be collected every 3 (three) days. in fact, it only happened every 4 (four) - which was not too bad, in any case)

It’s very clear inside. Air conditioning, wifi and hot water are good.

Close to bus station (need to wait for long time) but far away from city center so better to rent a car if you want to stay here. Can hear neighbors. No tap water outside so can’t clean yourself before entering the house when you back from diving.
