If you like going out and water sports, it is good for stay, the room is larger than hotel room (but you need to walk more), provided basic facilities and cleaner stuff, you can clean up everyday by yourself if needed (I like it). Two toilets are great for me. Many delicious restaurants, Donki shopping and FamilyMart nearby.

Narrow parking. The entrance is easy to flooding when it rains heavily. Bed is a bit hard. Anyway, it is great for our stay, love to stay there when we are travel in Ishigaki.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was everything we needed. The location is good if you have a car, private parking is available, or if you don't mind taking the bus to the city (the bus runs until 9 pm).

As we had to work with the laptop, working at the floor table was not very comfortable for several hours, but it was okay, as we knew from the accurate photos, that this was the table available at the flat.

This little apartment was perfect for our stay in Ishigaki. We loved being able to cook for ourselves, and there are a few supermarkets within about 20 minutes’ walk. The amenities were great—TV, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, and kettle :)

The stove is just a single burner, so it is a bit tricky to make meals quickly unless you just put everything into one pot. There was just one small pot and one pan to cook with, and there was no rice cooker.

Having a wash machine and a dryer was super convenient. Door lock with a PIN code is also great, there is no worries to loose the key somewhere on the beach. Close to the property, there is everything: good restaurants, good bakery, h24 supermarket, donki, convenient store,… that is super great!

The garbage boxes are not enough big for a family of 5. There is no baby bed available.

This is a two story apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is good. The location is in a quite area near the sea and there is there shopping nearby The apartment is larger than most apartments you can book in Japan and is more like a small house. I was able to relax here and concentrate on my work so a very nice place for a very low price

Really great place to stay! The living room/kitchen is separated from the bedroom. Great if somebody wants to go sleep and the other doesn' t. Location is close to the bus stop, some nice izakayas, kombini and even Donky are in the area. Nearest beach is 15-20 min by walk.

Directly in the front of the apartment there is a parking lot, which it seemed to me quite noisy.

Convenient location. Walking distance to the ocean, Donki, pastry shop and JA local farmers market, and bus stop to/from airport/downtown. Clean, spacious. Recommended.

Labeled everywhere, but it's OK. Perhaps that's the standard.

A ton of floor space. Super good value. Had a good washer and dryer. Right next to a donki. Very clean. Great customer service

Had to keep quiet, no laundry at night. The doors in the bathroom were in a weird arrangement so you had to zigzag through them. The beds were mediocre and very creaky, their springs were super loud every time you moved. The upstairs A/C was not nearly as cool as the first floors. Making the room not as good as I'd like since all of the hot air rises and it isn't cooled down as much.

Excellent location near the main road and a bus station, yet quiet area. Very nice apartment on 2 floors, with washing machine and dryer!

Nothing really, except for the difficult recycling instructions, different from Europe.

Every other accomodation had instructions on day and multi day passes wich I wish we had here cause you need a bus to get anywhere and we payed heaps on bus tickets until our next accomodation told us we can buy passes. So a little info on that would be great for other guests.
