I wish I would have known it was so wonderful because I regret not staying longer, but they were booked up! This place is a true gem of hospitality! The breakfast is *truly * delicious, artistic, hospitality at its finest. You will sleep in comfy beds, have access to a wonderful bathtub with great free amenities. The hosts are focused on customer satisfaction. From helping me print a necessary document (which took over 30 minutes!) to helping me arrange taxis on short notice, I felt truly taken care of. I am a single traveler, African American woman who doesn’t speak any Japanese. They knew how to communicate with me and they made me feel welcome and at home. I would recommend my mother to stay here!

The train station is close, but the ride into Tokyo proper is long and complicated. Still…it was better than the hotels I stayed at in Taiko and Tokyo. So…to me, it’s worth the public transportation hassle. If you’re driving, then no issues at all.

The staff were amazing. So kind. Our room was a female twin and it was the loveliest room ever. Clean, cute, and with a comfy bed. We only had time for breakfast twice during our stay due to our busy itinerary but it was a good breakfast with nice coffee. It was also in a super convenient location - just a ten minute walk to Yatsuka station. When I return to Tokyo I will stay here again.

The staff were excellent, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was big, with fridge and comfortable bed , and very quiet .Only 10 minutes walk from Yatsuka station to hotel.

The room was clean and big. It was really spaceous and the bed not only was big but aldo comfortable. The toilet was reformed, but the building is a little bit old so don't expect the luxury of a new hotel. Despite that, they provided toilettries, towels, night clothes, and creams for facial treatment. Also, the breakfast was on point! The personal was also really nice and the check in time wss very convenient.

the 2 things need improvement is Wi-Fi and bath tap Wi-Fi connection is simply poor, maybe too many people using it? and for bath tap, after unplug the plug, the bath water will overflow

Amenities, big room, has small balcony ( escape exit), friendly staff. They change your towels, tooth brush and pijamas every day. We like the Japanese style breakfast.

The wifi is not very stable. You have to be early for the breakfast, before 8am, otherwise won't be much left 😞

Staff are brilliant, they helped us all the time, always interested why we stay there, its my 2nd time there and I am going back there again in 6 months.

We booked late and they accommodated us. The staff were friendly and looked after our luggage before we could check in. The double room was large and clean and had a big bathroom. It’s fairly close to a station that goes straight to Akihabara.

The staff were brilliant and kind, breakfast options were limited however for the price it was great, rooms were big and facilities were exceptional
