This room is big and includes a lot of amenities. Bed is also soft! I utilized the drying rack that was in the closet and set it next to their air purifier and my clothes dried fast! This place can easily make 3 very comfortable; you could theoretically sleep 5 between the beds and the couch. The kitchen amenities stocked with utensils, dish soap, dish drying rack. Check out is simple with scanning a QR code. The Tokyo Skytree is indeed visible from my room. Basics are achieved: Strong WiFi, okay shower pressure.

I was lucky enough to have a person present when I arrived at 12, but I think normally you would interact with someone over video chat. They do not store luggage! I was lucky that my room happened to be ready early. The website check in insists to return at 3. Nitpicks: This was a very pleasant stay though admittedly one of of my stays with a longer walk; about a 7 minute walk from the station or a one minute walk from one of the busses. I didn’t see any detergent and wasn’t sure if it was expected. Washing Machine is in Japanese and not entirely intuitive; have Google translate ready! Balcony is only for emergencies. The Adachi fireworks were cancelled this year, but I do not believe it is visible from here.

Amazing place! We were surprised, because we expected a room but it was an apartment with kitchenette, washing machine with detergent, etc. It looks brand-new and was very clean. Nice view over Tokyo. Beds are a bit soft for us, but it was fine. 7 eleven around the corner and metro station is on 500 meters walking distance. Everything is digital: check in and check out with QR code and contact with "receptionist" trough the IPad/video call.

The on-site parking, even so the payment instructions were misleading, everything worked. Very comfy beds, large apartmefor two people, supermarkets within easy walking distance, easy check-in and -out.

Very slow wifi, no USB ports, the hotel location is within a mace of small narrow streets and google maps may be hard to locate the hotel if you are walking around the neighbourhood. Misleading payment instructions as to the parking fee.

Rooms were as described. Clean and spacious. Staff online was very fast and attentive. Within the day, they would respond to your questions . They answered all my questions and even helped to recommend alternatives when our two rooms were on a different floor as I had a few kids and elder folks. Even on the day of check-in, they could accommodate their recommendations. Trains are nearby, about 7-10mins away, depending on your stride of walking. 7-11 is just opposite and Lawson Mart on hotel side. Hotel also have vending machines which had hot & cold drinks outside for your convenience. Many small eateries just outside of hotel and affordable too. Hotel is Self Check-in but when we arrived, there was a staff that helped us. Even though there wasn't staff around but I still felt safe because there was lift security code and each room door had it's own security code to enter. It is really like your own home apartment. Hotel room is equipped with a full kitchenette: utensils, plates, bowls, cups, dish rack, a microwave, kettle n a medium size fridge, a dining table with 4 chairs. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. A washing machine also inside bathroom. Toilet and shower area is separated which was good so one could shower while toilet was available still. One apartment had two double beds and a comfy sofabed and another apartment which was bigger had two double beds and two tatami mattresses. Overall, I am satisfied with my hotel stay. Will stay again if come to Tokyo in future. Highly recommended for singles, couples or families to stay.

Overall, nothing that I disliked as I was expecting as stated and pictured ...only My room was missing slippers while the other room had them.

Probably the most comfortable beds and the most spacious appartment i had in Japan, it comes with a huge living room. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you have alot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, train station is 5 minutes away by walk

WIFI was not working but the staff warned me about it and i think that is why i got a really good price for my room, no complain whatsoever

Roomy, clean, comfortable. Had all the amenities. Most comfortable stay of our two week trip to Japan for our family of four. Very secure. Though we had to walk a short distance to train, all we needed was close to the hotel.

Only thing was the lack of information or service to help get luggage through Yamato or other service to the airport, and no help available through front desk staff in this regard.

Great sized apartment, easy to check in and check out, has a lift, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Had everything we needed for a family of 5 and loved the washing machine. Machiya Station is an easy 7 minute walk just down the road and all the food places are at least half the price of food closer to Tokyo. Everything you need is here and it feels local and immersed in the neighbourhood. Tokyo is a 17minute train ride and there are always trains. Can't recommend Machiya and Minn Machiya high enough.

Loved having a washing machine however there is no outdoor hanging space and as we travelled in summer, we had the aircon on and the clothes took a long time to fully dry ie 24hours.

The apartment is very clean ,spacious with kitchenette. There are several convenient stores & restaurants in the area. The subway station is around 350-400m from the hotel.

None, almist are very good. But i may suggest to send a detailed sketch going to the hotel from airport with pictures on how to go to the hotel from ueno stn . I would like also to suggest that they may provide weighing scale for their foreign traveler guests.

We loved that the room was very spacious and very clean. Everything you would need was there. There was no receptionist but we got into the unit without any problems. The instructions were very easy to follow.

This was not a very big problem for us but the unit was four or five blocks away from the train station so you would need to walk for a few minutes to get there. This might be an inconvenience for older guests or those people who have a hard time walking especially on a very hot summer season.
