This is my second stay at the hotel. I love this location. Staff are very accommodating, nice and overall very pleasant people. I speak Japanese enough to get by- but my wife does not, and staff were very nice to her and made her feel welcome even with a language barrier. The location is great, if you haven't visited Japan yet, this is a very calm neighborhood where you can learn about how daily life in Japan works. Stop by a combini, grab some restaurant food at any place. The JR station train is nearby, and the Yamanote will take you anywhere in Tokyo. If you live in Japan or have been often, this hotel is also a great stay in a quiet, convenient area of Kita city/near Tabata station The room and amenities are very basic, but a great value for the price! Give this hotel a try! It offers a lot more value than hostel or capsule accommodations at a very fair price. I will book here for atleast a few days anytime I'm in Tokyo!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location near convenience stores, restaurants and coin washing machine. The room has water boiler and they can clean the room and change your towel everyday. There is also a microwave on the 3rd floor plus chopstick, so you can reheat your food. When we say goodbye on the last day, the staff gave my 1,5yo grandson a box of a delicious cookie. Thank you so much. Location is about 10 minutes walk to Tabata Station. From there, you can go very easy to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku or wherever you like. And there is also vending machine right in front of the hotel to buy drinks

The room is so small for family of 3 with toddlers. But the price is fair

It is easily accessible, the room is OK. I like the basic amenities provided.

Good location to train station. Tranquillity between hotel and the nearby train station.

Tatami bed - collapsed at the centre section. It means only less filling inside.

I like the simplicity and directness of the hotel. The staff are very friendly. The amenities are complete and the room is cozy. The location is almost near the train station. Very recommended if a traveller like me would stay there for a brief time.

The staff cannot speak full English but it can be manageable if I talk in basic Japanese and with the use of online language translate. Also, I wish the room could have more space so I can open and spread my big luggage.

Perfect size room with everything so well packed that you won't miss anything. Bed is amazing, good temperature for both AC and shower. We will repeat, great place to enjoy Tokyo, close to Tabata and Nippori Station.

Morning's receptionist doesn't speak english and keep talking to us in japanese when, clearly, we don't understand it, quite rude.

Compact room but not cramped. Super comfy beds with clean and soft bed linen. Clean bathroom. Only issue was wet patch on carpet where it had been cleaned. Quiet area of city. Amazing value for money, would stay again.

Bit out of the way for restaurants etc

I like how comfortable the rooms were. It was well-ventilated and the window was facing the street, so it was good to be able to observe the streets in the area. There was a bathtub (ofuro) in the bathroom, and they always replace the towels every day.

The elevator's door is quickly closing it is somehow scary. It is somehow far from the nearest station for about 12-minute walk.

They have everything you need. AC, amenities, and bidet. There are sharing microwaves and free chopsticks, too. The clean service was very good. They changed the towel and also give the extra towel.

It is not too close to the train station, about 950 m. It is a little bit difficult for young children. So, we used the bus often, the bus halte is so close.

For me good location to the nearest textile fabric street in walking distance. Supermarket and convenient Stores nearby. Bus stops nearby. Bicycle share nearby.

What made me unhappy is everyday a breeze of dust flowing down from around ceiling Led lights. It all covered my suitcase and definitely onto my bed and my nose!!
