Rooms have balconies - nice to be able to open the sliding door as it makes the room feel bigger. Hotel rooms in Japan are small but that's OK, we know the deal. Bed comfortable, pillows were a bit hard for us but when we mentioned this to staff, they went out of their way to get us two soft pillows - fantastic customer service and always with a smile. Location is great - short walk to train station, lots of great eating options in the area, Yanaka Ginza is nearby which is such a cool area. Very glad we stayed here.

The only negative was not having a kettle to make a cup of tea in the morning. Reception has a tea/coffee area but it's only available when reception is open.

The location was quiet from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo but close enough to mass transit. Easy to get anywhere and close walking distance to grocery and restaurants. The staff were also amazing. Answered all of my questions and even assisted us with translation and booking an appointment for my wife when she needed a chiropractor at a local office.

Is located near to Nippori station, which has the JR Yamanote line and the Keisei Skyliner. Rooms are clean and sensibly decorated, although slightly small as with most Tokyo hotels. There is 5G Wifi! Water dispensers for hot and cold water are located on the 1st floor, and there is free coffee available from 8am at reception.

Location close to the train station was wonderful. Express train to and from Narita airport stops at Nippori - great when the flight gets into Tokyo after dark. From Nippori one can go anywhere by connecting trains. There was a supermarket on the way from the train station plus other supermarkets reasonably close by. Walking distance to Fabric Town. The room was very quiet. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, neat and functional. Towels were changed daily. Easy access in the building to washing machine and drier.

Good tucked away hotel (easy to find) and nearby train line for airport. Convenient stores are also within short walking distance. Friendly staff and bonus points for letting me check in earlier than I was meant to. Comfortable bed and had a great sleep 👌 Also, there was a small balcony (it was good to get some fresh air at night) Laundry downstairs had a great idea with the usage board and magnets for when it was occupied

Loud person next door at night (not hotels fault) even though there were signs to keep it quiet at night time. Aircon had strange smell when in use.

Almost like new, close to Nippori Station, easy walking distance. Good facilities laundry on site. (Coin) laundromat almost opposite, I'd use that you had a big load.Sento (bath house) also 30 seconds away. Quiet rooms very quiet. And a good shower, comfortable firm bed. That's a Japanese experience. No restaurant on site (no breakfast) BUT here is a gem. As you approach the station, from the McDonald's corner, look up "New Tokyo " restaurant Super place, quiet, and the best value quality meal at a price you won't believe

Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bathroom. washer (400Y) and dryers (200Y) always available. Réception recommended an amazing place for lunch on our first very jet lagged day.

The only negative was the small size of the room doesn’t allow for closet space (we had 1 small and 1 medium luggage and found ourselves walking over them a lot - beware to heavy packers!!). The beds have quite hard pillows.

Location was super - a short walk from a very well connected line. Chosen given ease of access to (eg) Shinjuku one way, and the airports the other way (only passing through Tokyo for a short amount of time), and it didn't disappoint on that front. The room is obviously tiny, but incredibly well put together for its size, and it wasn't a problem for us at all, even though we had several enormous bags (travelling long-term). I enjoyed the free coffee downstairs, and the on-site laundry was very convenient.

As a solo traveller, the location of the hotel was a reasonable ~5min walk from Nippori station and several convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The single room was on the squeezy side if you have a large luggage but this was expected and comfortable for a person travelling solo. Having a laundry room in the hotel was suitable for me.

Not a huge issue, but extra amenities is located in the reception room and when I remember that I forgot to take some when reception is closed, it can be a bit inconvenient. Make sure to stock up during reception open hours!

Excellent location to & from Nippori airport and to hang around in Tokyo (through Yamanashi green line you get to all touristic places). Many convenient stores, quiet areas, refrigerator in the room. A very good room size & bed (compared to Japan's small sizes), laundry services if there's a need.

No closet just hangers to the closthes. If you dont travel light, suitcases might take the little space there is left.
