I like EVERYTHING about it! The staff there is wonderful! One of the main reasons why I will come back to the hotel and EVEN JAPAN! they’re just amazing and the facilities are just as good! Everything is so clean, well organised, just perfect! I arrived from my flight at almost 3 am and there was someone waiting for me, he helped me with my luggage, prepared some slippers for me, and told me we could do the paper work in the morning, that I should just rest first after a long flight. The bathrooms are SO CLEAN! honestly everything about this place is perfect! I highly recommend it!

This was our favorite accommodation during our trip to Japan! Location was really lovely, Nippori is a beautiful neighbourhood with cute cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, as well as common areas. We had dinner in the common kitchen a couple of times and it was lovely. Lastly, the staff was just the NICEST we have ever met! They went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything! Even storing one bag while we were away from Tokyo for a few days since we were coming back to the hotel. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

First the location. It’s 10min walk from Nippori station which is a JR station and directly linked to the Yamanote Line (the loop line in Tokyo with which you can stop at most of tourists attraction). There are also many restaurants around the hotel that are worth to try and a very good bakery! (Not very Japanese but worth the try!). There are many facilities around the hotel too (coin laundry, konbini) and the neighborhood is very calm and has a traditional atmosphere with Yanaka district near by. Second, the hotel in itself. A big room for Japanese hotel, comfortable and well organized with the hotel necessities. A shared living room with a Japanese traditional style (tatami but also benches) very cozy and convenient (drinks, tableware, kitchen needs… provided) where you can meet other guests and have a little chat and there is a smoking area. Finally, the staff who was absolutely amazing and adorable!!! Not a standard Japanese hospitality (which can be seen a bit distant) but a very friendly staff with super good advices!! Thanks to them we had a blast in Tokyo! We will definitely come back if we need to go to Tokyo again and we recommend it 100%!

Great hotel with nice & attentive staff, rooms are typically Japanese (so not a lot of space). Bathroom was spotless, albeit small for people over 6'0". Shoes are stored in the lobby, slippers only in the hallways & rooms. Lobby also had a kitchen with lots of amenities for everyday use (+ a water filter for tap water). Location is great, you MUST try the bakery close by - some of the best pastries I've ever eaten. 10 minute walk to the station, 5 minutes to a big supermarket, Familymart & laundromat just around the corner. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Walls are thin, we could hear the people next door having a video call at 1 a.m. But that was more due to the people talking loudly than the walls themselves - because for 15 nights, we heard not a peep.

This Guest House is in a very nice area close to Nippori station (7minute walk). There is a really good bakery nearby that I will highly recommend, as well as a coin laundry right across the street. Nice and quiet area with a few good restaurants close by. The service at the hotel was excellent. A commons area on the first floor had free coffee and a large fridge where you could store your food. Very friendly and kind staff!

The only thing that can be mentioned is that the walls are thin, so we could hear just about everything that our neighbours were doing. Everything from talking, tv and moving their suitcases was very loud. The hotel is most likely aware of this and there is quiet time between 23-07 that all guests must follow.

Everything was perfect. Service was amazing. Before even ariving to WAGOKORO, we got message with how to get to them, which helped us a lot. The moment we came into the hotel, we got help with our suitcases and were greeting with very nice staff. Everything was explained to us, we had option to make iced coffee, tea. Room was nice and clean (a bit smaller, but that was expected). Everyday we got cleaning service, staff was very helpful, we got recommendations for nearest restaurants and they even made a reservation for us, because in restaurant they weren't speaking English! We also got recommendations for festivals, that we visited thanks to them. The location is very nice and calm, close to it there is washing machines, that you can use. 7-eleven or FamilyMart was also close and opened 24/7. Train was away like 8 minutes, so it was very close.This hotel is the best hotel I've ever been to. Staff was amazing and they did they job exceptionally well. Will come again! Thank you!

Guest House Wagokoro has been our favourite accomodation in Japan so far. It is in a safe and quiet location which is easily accessible from Narita airport on the Keisei skyliner. We used the hostel as a base for day trips all around Tokyo as it's a short walk to Nippori station which is on the Yamonote Line. The hostel is also close to a supermarket and absolutely incredible bakery/cafe. The reception staff are so friendly, kind and welcoming (thank you). The hostel is very clean and the photos are accurate as to how nice it looks. Having the shared kitchen facility is a bonus as you are able to meet other travelers. I hope we can return one day.

Very nice accommodation with super friendly staff. A common area/kitchen with tea/coffee etc for free. The room is not too spacious but absolutely sufficient for 2ppl only traveling with backpacks. Very common size based on what we experienced in Japan. Same for the bathroom that is pretty much the same in all accommodations which we stayed in and totally fine with all you need. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice bakery close by as well as a supermarket and some restaurants. The next train station (Nippori) is also fairly close that gets you to all the major sights. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back again.

The only reason to not give 10 is simply the value for money ratio as Japan is very expensive while the rooms are very small.

EXCELLENT RYOKAN; from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave all of the team here are incredibly helpful. The entire ryokan is super clean, tidy, well organised and quiet with excellent rooms and a sitting/lounge area. Their futons are really comfortable and nice pillows. It feels safe and secure and being at Nippori Station is totally perfect for getting anywhere in Tokyo. It is a 10 minute easy walk to the station. You can take the Narita Skyliner Train directly to Nippori Station as well. The team recommended excellent restaurants as well. There is an awesome bakery 2 minutes away for breakfast sweet and savory. We will definitely be back. It was perfect. The team were so kind.

The guest house was spotless. The place was either new or was recently completely renovated. The beds were super comfortable. Although the bathroom is small, it is very efficiently designed and therefore using it is completely fine.The neighborhood was quiet and the Nippori station was only a few minutes walk (easy access to Tokyo''s other districts) and there we found good restaurants that the lady at the reception recommended and helped us book. The staff was lovely, helpful and full of information.

The only caveat is that the room proposed for 3 people was really too small for 3 people. I couldn't really open my suitcase... But all in all, my experience at the guesthouse was absolutely positive!
