Understanding and helpful staff even before and after checking in/out. Was possible to ask for rooms of specific wishes ("one that faced south") and to watch luggage after checkout. Staff were capable of English to reasonable degrees, but recommended to use translator apps for more specific/advanced questions at reception. Good value and comfort. Beds were comfortable enough to use, although some pillows felt worse than others. Efficient room cleaning that takes place midday by trusted staff. Staff cleans a given room every 3 days of stay. Great location with quick ~2 minute walk to Nippori JR Station + access to/from Narita Airport (Skyliner) and major parts of city (JR Yamanote). Great view of city's skyline if room faces south on high floor. Solid breakfast available as well: includes drinks (teas, coffees, orange juice, milk), buffet (simple salads, foods with fiber (variating between yakisobas and rice) and meats (chicken, bacon, sausages, eggs)), and additional included (miso soup, rice with curry, small selection of pastry).

Coin laundry facility uses only either 100 YEN coins or app which works poorly. The WiFi was usable for watching Youtube videos and general usage, but very slow for intensive tasks (uploading pictures on Cloud). A lot of plastic is used in the daily accommodation packages.

Lovely staff, good location for returning to Narita, good amenities (once you find everything). Did not eat, but from past experience, APA breakfasts are good. Location good, nearby restaurants excellent, convenience stores everywhere, supermarket nearby.

Hair in the bathtub that was not mine. Could not work out the Aircon and ended up having to go downstairs at 1am, sweaty and suffering only to find the controls I needed were on a panel by the bed rather than a remote. Finding things could be easier. Dislike APA's way of doing fridges - off as standard and needs to be turned on. I realised after my ice cream melted.

Nice hotel close to Nippori station so handy for the Skyliner. The room was nice and bed comfortable. Nice amenities available at reception. Good breakfast.

The TV is supposed to allow you to cast from your device. The instructions are in blurry, very small, Japanese. Virtually no explanation in English. I can read Japanese but couldn’t get it to work. I asked the staff for help, expecting someone to come and set it up for me but they didn’t know what to do. They hadn’t resolved the issue by the 2nd night either. If they offer this service it should work, there should be clear instructions in English and Japanese and they should be able to connect if guests can’t work it out. And if there is a problem one night they should fix it by the next. In addition, although I didn’t need it, the phone was dead (no dial tone).

The hotel is well located, close to Nippori JR station, and within walking distance of some old districts and the Nippori fabric street. The hotel is modern, with clean rooms, fast wifi and is quiet, even though close to a rail line. We did not choose a room with breakfast, as there are plenty of cheap eating options close by.

The cleaning regime is a bit odd. They only clean the room every three days (unless you ask for more often), which is fine for me. However, every day you get given a bag full of clean towels, dressing gowns and toiletries, whether you ask for it or not. This seems a bit wasteful to me and not in the spirit of sustainability.

The location was great and easy to access from Nippori Station. I expected a smaller room and a smaller bed judging from the photo but it was comfortable enough for two women to sleep together compared to the budget.

Maybe because we're too close to the station but we would constantly hear the sound of the commuting trains throughout the whole day until the service stops. If you're a sensitive sleeper you would probably have a hard time sleeping through it.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful- I was worried about my luggage weighing too much as I was about to depart Japan, and they found me a scale to weigh my luggage! Also at the last minute, another student / friend needed to stay one night with me as we were both leaving Japan. This was handled smoothly by the front desk. Thank you!

Location is perfect. Just 2 minutes walk from Nippori Station, where you can catch the Skyliner to Narita Airport in under 40 minutes. Room size is decent as well. With a good size double bad, there is still sufficient space to fully open my suitcase and easily move around.

Stayed on the 2/F facing Nippori Station and the railway, you can clearly hear the station announcements and the trains. It was an acceptable noise level but was bit annoying especially late at night and early in the morning.

Comfortable room but compact for the price (not unusual for Tokyo). We really liked the location - direct route to Tokyo, Ueno and the Sky Liner to Narita, rather than changing trains as we had to at a previous central hotel. Only minutes walk to Nippori station. It's a lively area with lots of cafes etc

Room was compact but quite viable for 2 for a couple of nights - not unusual in Tokyo. One side of the bed was against the wall.so one person had to get out by climbing past thd other.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was good. Location was a 3-minute walk to the train station and the area had a lot of local diners that are very cheap. Amenities were complete— daily coffee and tea were provided. Towels were changed daily and shampoo, face wash, conditioner, and body wash were all provided. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check out, and they have weighing scales you can borrow. It was a very convenient place to be, complete with amenities, and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel!

The only thing I could complain about was the lack of better/more pillows. The bed is comfortable, but there was only one flat pillow that honestly didn’t help.

Next to the train station, Family Mart is on the next door and there's two more around the corner. Easy access to those using skyliner to Narita. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the room might be small but it's expected. Staff is very kind and speaks English very well, smooth check-in and check-out (self check-out) They restock basic amenities including towels and yukata daily and hang it on our door. Other facilities available such as laundry and microwave for food heating on second floor.
